Terrible job! I’m new the area so tried to give this place a chance multiple times and every time let down. They are inconsistent with their work, their workmanship is terrible, not sure that everyone is licensed. The owner doesn’t want to know what they can do do to better just wants you to pay.

I'm not sure why I tried this place again after being consistently disappointed, but I did and was disappointed again. My gel polish was chipping on 2 fingers within 1 week just like every other manicure give gotten here. I will never come here again.

Nina and her team are so amazing - caring and wonderful pedicures. Her shop is incredibly clean and everyone is well taken care of. Reasonable prices, wonderful service, peaceful environment.

My wife went to Nina's Nails for my daughter to get acrylic nails (her first time) as a special treat to celebrate her graduation week. She was asked to show a photo of what she wanted and did. After being pushed & rushed into a pedicure myself, my daughter had her nails done by a nail technician. Since we were there due to our friends' recommendation (they've gone there forever), we trusted that he knew what he was doing and was in good hands. After my wife's pedicure, she was trying to take a photo of our daughter and her friend (whose nails were done nicely by another technician) and was told rudely by Nina that "you need to move out of the way so she can see customers coming in". I hadn't even been standing there for 30 seconds. She ordered me to sit "over there" and pointed to a chair away from where my daughter was being treated. Nina apparently still didn't where my wife was sitting, but she wanted to be in view of our daughter and her friend. Once my daughter was done, Nina ordered her to tell my wife "she has to pay!" My daughter came to me, upset and embarrassed, telling her we need to pay. Of course we know we need to pay. My wife was again told to go sit down and wait, so I did. For a second time, Nina yelled at my daughter that we were not paying (I was finishing up an important business email). She proceeded to the counter where she rudely asked if she was paying for just hers or both? She punched an adding machine and barked, "$90" and took my cc. I wish I hadn't but I did leave a 20% tip. I also wish I had looked at my daughter's nails FIRST because after paying and once outside, we looked at them and they were absolutely HORRIBLE. They looked like short spikes coming out of the center of her nails. He filed her nails so far and deep into the nail bed, that her skin is raw and cut. Hopefully, she won't get an ingrown nail or an infection. The pink "french tip" was uneven and different depths on each nail, with indentations in them. The acrylic tips were not even straight. Our friends thought they looked bad too. My daughter refused to go back to the salon to have them taken off because she was treated so rudely and was embarrassed. I took her to another salon where they gawked at how bad the nails were. We paid to have them removed but unfortunately, her nails are so bad underneath due to the horrible filing job, that nothing was able to be done. She needs to wait about two weeks in order to have her nails manicured again - and will never do acrylics again due to this awful experience. We called Nina the next day to ask for my money back; not for the entire amount, just the acrylics/tip for my daughter and she refused. Finally, she offered me a gift certificate back to her salon, but we will never return. Even after telling her my daughter's thumbs were CUT and sore, she didn't care. "We need to see the nails," she said. I told her "You were the one who did the pink French tips - how did you NOT see the horrible nail job then?" She hung up on me. We have filed now for a credit card dispute. It's unfortunate that a small business that relies on word-of-mouth would treat a customer like this. Please own up to your mistakes and make things right.

Nina's is clean, peaceful and very inviting. Lynn did my express pedicure; she even massaged my legs. She trimmed my toenails beautifully and polished them. I highly recommend her and Nina's!

I've been going to Nina's nails for a long time and I think Nina does the best job. Not to mention she's fast which I love! I've never had a bad experience.

Horrible experience! They butchered my son and didn't take any responsibility for it ...I asked for them to just trim the toes and finger nails making sure NOT to go short...he was bleeding; they insisted that it was "fine" ...totally unprofessional! No one can argue this was a professional job. Unsafe and unsanitary; he had to go to the doctor and we had to buys tons of pain relieving ointments and bandaids just for him to wear shoes and socks.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Explained my son just needed trim of toes and nails, NOT SHORT that it needed to stay no lower that tip of the actual finger and toes as he gets ingrown nails, the owner acknowledge and instructed her staff who I even showed how I wanted ....absolutely unprofessional, we had to go buy pain relievers, bandaids and antibiotics (he couldn't even put on socks without pain) go to the doctor for follow up infections...how can this place even say they are professionals and they still have not acknowledged the hack job that the staff did accept the lady kept saying "its ok as he was crying"

There's few places I like that make me feel as comfortable as coming to Nina's on repeat. This is the third time I've gotten my eyebrows waxed at Nina's and it's as comfortable and quick as ever. I love how they come out every time! Especially today, since I hadn't gotten them done in about two months prior to this.

Love when we go here. They are very nice and try to get to us as soon as possible. They always treat my mom and I very well and no matter what we get done the results are great!
