There are just not enough workers plain and simple. Not the workers fault and not the customers fault. They need a receptionist at each location answering questions and taking insurance. Some people HAVE TO do walk in as they are sent straight from the doctors office. Appointments are many days out. This type of service needs a much better process. This is not working for all of their locations. Quest needs to do better.

Felt fortunate as walk-in to have blood drawn after waiting 2 hrs. There is no receptionist and the Phlebotomist do all the paperwork. Probably takes about 20 minutes per appointment. Best approach is to make an appointment if you can or go somewhere else.

I tend to be a very difficult patient for most bloodwork places because I have very deep, small veins that are very close to the tendon and typically require a blood draw from my hands. Shout out to Emily, who has been so patient and kind when working with me on trying to get blood!!

The tech told me that she was new and seemed nervous about how many vials she needed to draw from my child. I asked if there was a maximum she could draw and she told me she didn’t know because she was new. I asked her if she was experienced with pediatric blood draws and she said no. I asked if there was someone with more experience would could perform the draw because my son had a lot of anxiety and I wanted it to be fast and easy for him. Emily then came in and told me that she would not do the draw because they were hired at the same time and forced the nervous one to do the draw. She couldn’t get it and then Emily had to do a second attempt. She told my son to stop being dramatic and had zero empathy. She was condescending and completely unprofessional. I was appalled at the way she talked to my child and will never return.

Not staffed properly. Should have 3 working this busy office. Waiting 2 hours ( so far) is ridiculous. There were no appointments available before my doctor appointment. Just to drop off a sample.

I donateblood all the time, i have great veins. These guys couldn't find a vein, multiple sticks in one arm, then had to use the other.

I do not recommend this place! The staff are rude and don’t have patience. I waited four and half hours as a walk in. Which is fine because I didn’t have an appointment but once we got seen the lady was rude and said “ well i didn’t take my break because of you walk ins” once she got done taking labs from my one year old she stated “ i hate my job because you made me do this to a baby. You owe me a coffee or lunch” ..
I highly recommend your staff take a customer service class.

I was seen before my scheduled appointment. The technician was very friendly and enjoyable to be around. Her technique for the test was absolutely painless.

I’m usually an anxious mess when having to give blood but today was definitely different. I was anxious while waiting but as soon as I met Tara she made me feel like we’ve known each other forever. We chatted while she drew my blood and I barely knew it was happening. She’s a definite 10/10 :)

With my appointment made I walked in 10 minutes prior registered and was called immediately after, so very prompt. The gal that took my blood was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She was fast and efficient at her job and though I’m not comfortable with needles she made my visit very easy.
