A first time user. It was a Burger King drive through window one hour rushed experience. "Here's your tax returns, that will be $375, check or credit card."
I am having to have my taxes redone because I believe the preparer didn't pick up all my expenses and possible other errors. When I spoke to the owner, she was defensive and rude. I requested a copy of the IRS form confirming my taxes had been electronically filed. I was asked to remove my one star review. I refused...no confirming form was sent.

After years of putting up with late filings, multiple lies, no accounting reports and raised fees without notification, we have discontinued our services with Sue Becker, EA. Once we discontinued, Sue refused to return our personal and important documents causing more delays and a legal suit to follow. I would have never expected this type of behavior from her and it is shocking, unprofessional and immature. My recommendation is to stay far far away from this business.

Does not respond to voicemails or the online contact form (from her website). Contacted Susan in March 2023 and May 2023 about her tax services. No response. Cannot comment on her tax services just her lack of communication.

Heard good things about this place so I decided to try her office this year. I wasn't impressed with the service I received and will go back to my previous tax preparation service that I used last year. I believe these folks are professional and they did an accurate job but there was a lack of customer service or appreciation at least in my experience. I've had much better experience at every previous place that I have been. I also received a check refund for the first time in 5 years because the tax preparer I had, Patti, did not even bother to verify with me my account and routing numbers. When I came to pick up my taxes and pay, the lady at the front desk was warm and friendly but I didn't even receive a simple hello from the person that did my taxes even when she looked right at me. There's so many options out there, to not have someone even acknowledge my business certainly won't bring me back.

Susan specifically has been extremely unprofessional regarding our businesses over the years. I decided to move to another firm and when I formally notified her she blamed me for their mistakes which ended up with the county placing a lean on my property despite my constant reminders to fix her mistake. my company is now undergoing a random EDD audit and she is refusing to comply with EDD, she even hung up on the agent doing my review when he was requested only a couple documents from her that she's required by law to provide. Susan is demeaning and unprofessional.

Susan Becker and her team are amazing to work with. Always professional, warm and friendly. They get the job done well. We've been coming to them for well over 20 years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Sue is amazing!! She has been preparing my taxes since 2003 and has always done a fantastic job. She is very professional, knowledgeable and available to answer questions and help out in any way she can. I highly recommend her!!

All I can say is STAY AWAY! If I could give them a minus on the stars I would. We tried them for 3 different tax years & there was a problem every year. First year they didn't report all of our interest income. An amended return had to be filed & they actually charged us to fix their mistake!!! Who does that? Final year she completely failed to include my income??? Hello, isn't this your job? People come to you because they assume you know what you & your staff are doing. Of course we received a very nice billing from IRS, we didn't even bother letting them know because we had absolutely ZERO faith that they could/would fix the problem. Now waiting for a billing from the state so we can also pay for that mistake!! Again stay away from this establishment, they will wind up costing you additional money & they could care less.....
