Absolutely despicable treatment of customers. Following a company policy to require masks is one thing, but being rude, yelling at customers and all around passive aggressive and angry is unacceptable. Will be closing my accounts now. Take note Umpqua: People don't forget how they are treated. And perhaps the Brit who works here should take some anger management classes. His red angry face and jugular veins were visible from 30 feet away, a clear sign of someone who can't control their anger. It's a liability to the company, really.

Worst bank ever they charge you to cancel checks . Horrible service rude people. Use cash app instead it's free doesn't charge you to cancel transactions. Deposit are faster with cash app. They take advantage of old aged women .
