I've had a mailbox here for three years. Everything has been great until the remodel. DO NOT FIX THINGS THAT ARE NOT BROKEN! After the remodel you can no longer access your mail during non business hours, boxes are not in numerical order, my box number has changed AND my key doesn't work! The usual friendly employees are still helpful, but you can sense their frustration with the remodel. Will I renew my mailbox? Hmmmmm???

I have a bad customer service experience from this location. I mailed my son’s passport on August 1. It’s lost in a mail and Stevie Customer service was very poor and very unprofessional. He Told me you’re gonna get $113 check in the mail. Nothing we can do it. Package is lost. I’m not very happy with this store and will never go to the store. I called the owner no response from him either.

Cathi is the greatest! My husband and I needed documents notarized and then mailed them out with tracking. What seemed like a cumbersome errand, Cathi treated us like friends as opposed to customers. She helped us with envelopes and gave a few choices with pricing. Cathi also identified which tracking number belonged to which address on our receipt. We will definitely use the UPS Store for any shipping or printing needs.

I have been in the service industry for over 40 years and I wanted to say that Cathi gives old-fashioned good service. She is helpful and respectful of your time—-I have been in this store many times and she is consistently good and timely.

Cathy has helped me many times...especially the last couple weeks, I've been in alot! ALWAYS service w/a smile...she must either love her job, or loves people and serving the public...or both!
