I had quite a problem with another branch of USBank trying to get my trust documents added to their system correctly. Sandy Hogue, at the Cameron Park Branch, corrected the problem. I highly recommend her if you have any issues--she will persevere and do the job correctly!! Thank you, Sandy!!

The motto at this US Bank is, competency is overrated...just fake it!I spent the most tortuous hour and a half trying desperately to open a new account for my daughter. I have a mortgage, checking, and a platinum account. Staff happily suggested we use the US bank app because that's an easy way to get rid of us, only they quickly realized how difficult and clumsy their own app was. She then suggested I make an appointment. I said, ok she is right there, (she was standing in the doorway) "oh she is in a meeting right now" the helpful lady said. If you have no concern over how much time you spend doing your banking then by all means go here. The problem at this place is the lack of respect for your time, no apologies, no "sorry sir we can't explain our own app." It's as if they're doing you a favor by giving you your money, the least she could have done was offer me a Tylenol...Good luck!

There is no bank here. The branch manager told me to use their ATM or get cash back from the grocery store..

I like this branch a lot. Everyone that works here is really nice. They have always been accommodating, professional, and shown a genuine care for me as a customer. I like that they are open until 7pm.

I've been a us bank costumer for 8 years now and just recently moved into this area. I have never had issues up until December. I deposited a good amount of cash into the ATM to find the money never posted to my account. At this location no one knows where the money went. Everyone here is new and no onsite manager to deal with. I'm getting word out because it's been over a month and I still have no answer to the location of my money. I'm not stoping until they figure it out. In the meantime I'm getting word out and trying to do my own research in who to deal with on this matter. I pray no one at this location pocketed my money.
