I had an excellent experience at this location. The service was perfection. Specifically Becca was so helpful and patient especially with someone like me not that technical savvy. Becca went above and beyond in patience and service. I am thankful and glad to be a new customer.

Store was great but the verizon protocols are not. Simple situation turned into hours of wasted time. The in store service is exceptional and DJ was great which is the only reason I stayed with verizon.

The guys at Verizon were very professional and quick to resolve my issues. There were some technical difficulties, but they handled them like pros and compensated me for my time and the hassle. Would 10/10 recommend 👌

I did not get the spelling but Chris/Kris? Thanks for your help but clear communication is important, free means free, a loan agreement needs to be discussed even if my out of pocket cost is $.01 I need to know about that as it is still a loan under my name. Please keep it in mind for future customers.
