Pharmacist won't fill orders since they think they're better than a Nurse Practitioner. They berated my wife over the phone because of what was prescribed, then proceeded to cause a delay for my child's asthma medication who is 9 months old. Unprofessional, rude, and all around lacking any concept of patient courtesy. CVS here we come.

I work in the ER and I called them to help this pt that didn’t speak English to track his meds , I spoke with Zach and he was so rude over the phone almost yelling and answering my questions in such an ugly matter , this employee needs to learn some good customer service skills , no need to treat people badly . If Zach ain’t happy with his job then this is definitely not for him !. Worst experience ever ! From now on I will advised my pts to choose a different pharmacy where they get a better experience.

Was with a family member when they needed to pick up their prescription. There was a lady working who said her name was Mia. She had gone above and beyond for everyone. She was the only one back there working really hard to make sure prescriptions were being filled in a timely manager for those of us who needed it. We noticed she was even helping the other people with their orders to fill just to make sure it didn't take too long. I know the wait time at this location seems long as there's not many places to fill a prescription out here, but I'm hoping she's the one who turns it around. Mia, thank you for caring about my family and making sure they get their meds on time. My family appreciates you.

DO NOT GET PRESCRIPTIONS HERE IF YOU NEED YOUR MEDS QUICK. It not fully the staffs fault, it seems like they're understaffed and overworked but damn it gets annoying. Got a notification saying they started filling my meds at 9:30am. I waited until 12:15pm to get them, thinking three hours was more than enough time. But of course it wasn't. Hopefully corporate sees this.

This pharmacy is beyond horrible...made me wait 45 min for a vaccine.. doing inventory ...answering the phone (2 other pharmacy people were there) anything to make me wait..after 27 minutes a man walked up for his vaccine and he got his in 7 minutes ..then the pharmacist forced me tell him I was mad and he laughed ...he really enjoyed what he had done..just mean and awful way to treat customers..just found out I was injected with infection with my booster pharmist should be arrested

You can never get thru to the pharmacy, you sit on hold while it tells you how many callers are ahead of you. When it's your turn it just rings 20 times then disconnects. Terrible

Not the pharmacy to use if you actually need your prescription filled. Even if they do, the pharmacist has no customer service skills.

Worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. Very unprofessional handling of my prescription, and one of the staff members was extremely rude. I had to transfer my medication to multiple different pharmacies before I was able to receive my medication due to multiple errors on Walgreens' behalf. Could not receive my antibiotics until 2 weeks after it was prescribed because of this experience.

Avoid if all possible! First, the pharmacist was very unpleasant immediately after answering the phone, like I was so rude to interrupt his day. Then he puts me on hold, the only way I knew was the background music. Then he treated me like I was a criminal getting a prescription refilled because 1) I was a new customer 2) was not going through insurance and 3) was asking for a 90 refill and not a 30 day...(I was going out of town). He didn't as why I was making these request or why I was new or not going through insurance. This genius being all knowing just decided I was a risk...based on nothing but his own ignorance!I had to give it one star to be able to post, but it doesn't even deserve that. There are many options to fill prescriptions in CP, but I would do without before going here!

This is by far the worse pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life. They are rude and inconsiderate. I called three times in the four hours that my prescription was sent over to see if my medication was ready. The last time was at 6:30. They said (slightly frustrated at my calls) no it was not and they would call me when it was. At 6:58 I got an email saying my prescription is ready. I called and was told I would have to pick up tomorrow bc they close at 7.. ummm what?! Why not tell me that at 6:30 when I called?! I tried to explain I could not go all night without it and they repeated the pharmacy hours. I was up all night sick and in pain. The pharmacy staff is awful. I will never go here again. I hope they close and they also find themselves in a situation like I was in and realize they could have done better if they just showed me some common decency and respect.

If you want to be treated like an imbecile and enjoy abuse, please interact with the pharmacy manager at this location. I was referred to Walgreens by a CVS pharmacist in order to procure some insulin syringes for my T1 diabetic son because CVS had run out. He said that if I presented the prescribed vial of insulin that I could purchase them for cash. I was treated rudely by the Walgreens pharmacy manager to the extent that I would actually describe as hostile. How dare I even ask for such a product that is in short supply? I was given one package of 10 syringes for $5 and sternly ordered to not to show up again without a prescription. ... No problem ... I wouldn't go back if you paid me.

Their system needs some serious rework. I showed up at 12:50 to their drive through pharmacy after confirming online that I was taking a pcr test and there were two cars in front of me. At 1:08 I pulled up to the window. They had absolutely no idea I was going to be there today despite the fact that I got a confirmation email (I had shown up the previous day and hadn’t hit the final submit button, that was on me. It was recommended I come back today which I did). It took both pharmacists about twenty minutes to do data entry for my one appointment that I had already provided all of the information for, and apparently the system had mixed together my information- which I had only given them for this appointment- with my mom’s, which they said might be due to having the same name (both our names are completely different so I really don’t know how this happened). They were confused about me living at a “new” address and asked when I had lived at a San Francisco address- my mom’s apartment from the early/mid 90s, before I was born. It took about 30 seconds to do the test itself and I finally left at 1:34.If you are able to go anywhere else, please do.

This Walgreens pharmacy is absolutely the WORST that I’ve ever experienced. They are slow, often late returning from “lunch” and just close with no prior notice. I’m switching back to Rite-Aid.

Bad experience, rude dismissive staff. I'll NEVER go back, and I will share my experience with others. 12/16/22
