“The staff are very professional and make you feel welcome when you are renting a unit at this facility and they definitely let you know what's the best deal for the space you need. The driveways between units are kept very clean and the restroom on site is always the cleanest I've ever seen. Jennifer the office gal who has been there the longest has always done a fantastic job at addressing any problems or concerns I've had and her customer service skills exceed the expectations I have from people these days. I have had a unit or a couple units over the last 3 years with Placerville Self Storage and I would recommend them to anyone. In fact I have several times. Good job Placerville Self Storage! “I have been a customer of Lone Pine for just over 10 years. The facility is great, clean and pretty fair pricing. The recent change in ownership brought some changes that were not too clear. Frustrated with the letters I kept getting, I called to get clarification or make plans to vacate and find some place. I was lucky enough to reach Kristi. She was patient, listened, explained in layman's terms... just a breath of fresh air to be spoken to like a person and not a locker number. I am very grateful for Kristi's professionalism and will be loyal customer for another 10+ years.”
“Amazing experience moving from Cool CA to Paso Robles CA. Their price was affordable, they didn’t change pricing on us (I’ve heard horror stories about that happening) - they picked up our stuff, made sure they wrapped all items, stored it for a couple weeks and then delivered and unloaded (and put beds back together) right on schedule. Can’t speak highly enough about this company. 10/10 would recommend”

“Rented here for a couple years. Never had an issue. 24/7 access is great! Secure and well lit. Only issue was that the metal roof sweats pretty good in the winter. Tarp your treasures that you store during the winter, solves the problem. It’s a great little storage spot if you need something local. Otherwise your driving further, paying more and probably only get limited access times. So, go buy yourself something nice, hide it from the wife and store it here. 24/7 access, you can check on it whenever you want. :)”
“I had a unit with them for over 10 yrs. Great people to work with. Prices are cheap compared to those in the bay area. Any issues that occurred were handled quickly and professionally. Deanna responds promptly when you need to call her. It's an outside kind of storage, in a beautiful tree surrounded area in the mountains. So if your looking for that a/c temperature controlled atmosphere, this isn't for you.”
