I’ve had an outstanding experience with this storage facility. Carlos and his staff are friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The units are clean, secure, and well-maintained, and I felt confident leaving my belongings there. I especially appreciated the easy access using an app to open the gate and the convenience of the location. I’ve rented from this facility since 2012 and they have never raised my rates a single penny. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and professional self-storage solution.

I’ve been with Camp Pendleton Self Storage since 2001, and after more than two decades, I can confidently say this place is outstanding. From the beginning, the facility has been reliable, secure, and well-kept, but what truly makes it exceptional is the people who run it.
Carlos Ramirez and his team have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure customers are cared for. Carlos leads by example with his professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. He explains everything clearly, handles concerns quickly, and ensures everyone feels respected and valued. Over the years, I’ve seen many businesses change their standards, but the service has only improved here.
The staff follow Carlos’s lead. They are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, whether answering questions, finding the right unit, or making move-ins and move-outs easy. The facility is always clean, safe, and well-organized, which gives me complete peace of mind.
What I appreciate most is that I don’t feel like just another customer after all these years. Carlos and his team treat everyone like family, which is why I’ve stayed since 2001. They’ve earned my trust many times over.
If you're looking for a storage facility that combines top-notch security and management with a personal touch, Camp Pendleton is the ideal choice.

Used this facility over the last 2 years. Staff were friendly, responsive, and always eager to help. Cannot say enough good things about this facility. 10/10 would use them again. And you can’t beat the price!! Don’t pass them up for your storage needs.

This place is AMAZING! Clean, courteous, accommodating, and all around a fantastic place to store your item. I had one (or more) units there from when they first opened until recently, as we have now moved far away in Tennessee. The rent stays constant from your start date to the end, without annual increases like most civilian facilities. A great place to keep whatever you need to have safe and secure. This storage facility is amazing. First off the customer service is top notch. Friendly, well mannered, quick and helpful with what I was looking for during my time there. I was in and out of the facility with minutes. I got the 5x5 and is highly satisfied with the size of the storage space and the quality is outstanding. Definitely a recommend location, especially if you are able to get into base.

I have rented a few units from the facility since 2018. By far the best place for storage! The move in process was easy and the move out process was even easier. Auto payments make things easier for sure. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The facility is always nice and neat. Best prices you’re gonna find in the area. I would highly recommend. Thank you CPSS. Your services have been most helpful to us and our situation.

Outstanding customer service, great units, and awesome rates! The two ladies working the front desk, Sydney and Francine, were extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable of the entire process. I highly recommend Camp Pendleton self storage for all of your storage needs!
