Warning: Avoid the coffee machine! I was out sick for a week and when I returned, I found mold growing inside the machine. Unacceptable and unsanitary conditions. Needs immediate attention and cleaning.

I refinance my auto and they took all paperwork, payment of changing title and listed their bank as the lien holder. After some few months, I checked my balance and realized the rate has changed from 2 to 18%.

Switch to USAA, service altogether is out of date and I was with them for 4 years.
