This is the post office that does passports for anyone with base access. Not sure why it's on Google maps multiple times with different addresses, but it is located in the 22 area across from the air field on 10th St., which is the same street the new McDonalds is on. It's back a couple blocks and the building number is NOT 1103. It is 22103

The website has an incorrect address which takes you to the wrong post office on base. Go on GOOGLE MAPS and type in 22 area post office. It’s located near a mc Donald’s.

Great customer service. I needed to mail a package and the postal clerk was very helpful and nice. Easy to find location and good parking spaces. They now have Passport services which is super helpful.

Since the turnover of employees, this post office location customer service has plummeted. Every time I go there is an extremely long wait just to get an employees attention. You can hear them talking in the back but they don't have the time to even acknowledge a customer at the window. After an employee in working with passports informed another employee that a customer was waiting the employee said, "They're just going to have to wait." I was the only customer waiting and when an employee came to the front to close the door, she looked at me but refused to even say hello or give any reason for the wait. After being ignored for several minutes I left. I will have to go to another location. This behavior has been a common occurrence in the last year with this location.

Phenomenal staff, saved me a ton of money sending overseas! Sai has a fantastic way of communicating and she is the most helpful person I've ever came in contact with at a post office. God Bless!

Most helpful customer service you will ever have at a post office. Sai is very knowledgeable on passports and international shipping (ie: deployed service members), and makes the process far swifter than any other attempts I've had at another post office. Lunch hours are a bit offest to accomodate Marines on a lunch break, so check the hours before just dropping by.

Can anyone tell me the phone operational hours. Other then that always clean and organize.
