“This medical supply house that I have used since being a caregiver than a CNA and HHA than disabled really stepped up today. I ordered a walker through them and put it together wrong and I put the arms in where the legs go and their are safety holes that line up on the steel so that once you put them in their is no getting them out! Well, I had my maintenance man from my apartment try and fix it and my girlfriend and nobody could. Well I brought it down to Mr.Bischoff, and he fixed it in 15 minutes. I bought some other items and I left in a half hour. I got a lot done here because he is fully supplied not like the medical supply houses in the north bay unfortunately. If you need anything come to Bischoff's!”

The doctor at the clinic was excruciatingly demanding but Chris and the owner went up and beyond more than anyone I can ever think can do. Their team has provided me with immense amount of favors. “We arrived at the store during closing hour, but the owner Sunita kindly introduced us a variety of lumbar support straps. She even personally displayed how to put them on, and assisted my 80 year old grandma with several tryouts. It took us about 20 minutes till we finally decided on the most suitable size and style. The out the door price was under $40 and strap quality is impeccable. Thank you Sunita, we would definitly return again and would recommend your product and service to anybody in need.”

“Nice little shop selling primarily hospital scrub attire. Despite its small size, this place is loaded with a large selection of scrubs. They run the gamut from basic to more elaborate designs. In addition they seem to have an ample selection of sizes. The lady on that day was super helpful and knew the inventory inside and out. Prices are in line for scrubs and there is plenty of parking”

“I dont even know where to begin with these guys...As a health care provider I frequently need emergent deliveries for my ill patients. To say these guys go above and beyond doesnt even begin to explain their level of service. I have called them at 5 PM on a friday afternoon and they have performed acts of magic in my book.. getting pt's what they need no matter what. When I send them a request, I have zero concern with it actually gets there, whereas other companies I have to call my patient and confirm delivery. When things need to be picked up, once again one call and "it shall be done.." If anything other than that transpires I know I will get a call from one of their most excellent customer service reps. I have worked with them for years as a hospice nurse coordinator and now am at a hospital. I still call them and ask for help and they happily do so even if I dont place an order. When you need DME this is the ONLY place you should consider!! Thank you Patrick, Theresa and Qui for all your help, and for taking such awesome care of my patients!!! Once a gain you saved me and made my patient feel comfortable and safe before a long and scarey weekend.”

“I'm reading the reviews on this and I can say as of today (3/10/2022), their customer service is OUTSTANDING. I was having issues getting my prescription sent over from my hospital and Clara in support was amazing. Not only was she in constant communication with me, but she was calling the hospital on the phone for me, trouble shooting issues, and following through across multiple days. Really, some of the best customer experience I've ever experienced. When I went to pick up my equipment, the technician was also really helpful and supportive.
