“We had a problem with my mom’s hospital bed in her assisted living facility. Mike at Alliance Medical Supply and Rental took all my information in the early afternoon and then followed up that same afternoon at my mom’s assisted living facility and checked her bed. He located the problem and then procured the parts to fix the problem. He then went back to the facility that same afternoon and fixed the bed. Mike was very professional and efficient in resolving our problem. I am very satisfied and happy with his work!”

“I needed a neck brace and figured I'd go to the Walgreens up the street, but I knew about this place from riding past it a bunch of times.
I went in and the people were wonderful! The lady had a ton of neck braces in all sizes and widths, and she helped me pick one that fit right for me.
This place appears to be all Vietnamese so if you are Vietnamese you'll feel right at home here. I am not Vietnamese myself but I was treated very, very well. And the neck brace wasn't very expensive at all.
They are well stocked so if you need something like a walker etc. chances are very good they'll have it right there, instead of "We'll have to order it".
Great place!
Oh I need to add, Walgreens didn't have any neck braces although online they're supposed to have "one size fits most" ones in stock.

“I'm reading the reviews on this and I can say as of today (3/10/2022), their customer service is OUTSTANDING. I was having issues getting my prescription sent over from my hospital and Clara in support was amazing. Not only was she in constant communication with me, but she was calling the hospital on the phone for me, trouble shooting issues, and following through across multiple days. Really, some of the best customer experience I've ever experienced. When I went to pick up my equipment, the technician was also really helpful and supportive. I can't say enough about the people working here; just amazing. Especially Clara. Thank you!”
