Incompetent workers who discriminate against black people. I went with my son and he got a couple of snacks. I go to pay. I put my credit card in and then the clerk handed the bag to me and said “Thank you”. Then I leave and head to my car. As I am back out the clerk frantically rushes to my car. I pull the window down and then hear him accusing me of stealing. Mind you, my son is in the car. I have no clue what's going on. I told the man, I paid already. Then he told me that he canceled the payment and I needed to go back inside to pay. Because of this loser's incompetence, he tried to make me look like a thief. To try to humiliate and lie to another person is ridiculous. I went back in with choice obscenities exchanged. I paid but I will never go back to that 7-Eleven. I've never had a shopping experience that bad before. Horrible people!

I drove all the way over here at 2:40am for the doors to be locked with a sign saying Temp closed and the cashier just chilling in the back. Been waiting 30 mins. I hear him yelling in the back. So much for 24/7.

This location is a block and half from my home. The staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful to me. I am a paraplegic person in a electric wheelchair. Who ever is working at that time I come in they help me by opening the door then ask me if they can get me anything that I can't reach. And doing it with a smile. Plus the store is always clean and well stocked. The coffee is fresh and ready all day long.

Just tried to go to this location and there is a sign on the door saying temporarily closed. The cashier is sitting in his phone at the register.... I thought 711 was open 24 hours WHAT A JOKE

The irony. These guys are completely overpriced and ridiculous and for me to drive here to find out that they're closed is absurd. That's why I gave them one star. The guy looked at me and just pointed at the sign like he could've let me come in and done a quick transaction. $$$$ and *

Inquired about a product that other locations carry, clerk at the counter was rude and didn’t want to talk to me about it. Made several purchases of chips and fresh food with expired sell by dates after checking. Go to other locations this one is trash.Update for the “Owner”.I will not be clicking on it visiting your Bit.ly link, as it is a scam to an unsecured APK file. The simple fact that you are trying to scam people who leave negative reviews on your franchise locations should be a warning to anyone who views this search.

Found expired food in both dry and fresh sections on multiple occasions. I'll take my business to other 7-11 locations around the area that care more about customer safety and food freshness

I love this 7-11. It's big and the employees are very nice. It's like any other 7-11 but conveniently placed on my way to and from work. I've seen cops outside of here lots of times but not enough to discourage me from coming here. I used to live close and would walk here whenever I needed something. Also bought some winning lotto scratchers here.

The old woman working behind the counter couldn't work her own cash registers reward system. She exited out of pop up that asked us if we wanted to redeem our points before we even got the opportunity to hit yes. When we said don't worry about it we can try using the actual app on our phone, she began to get impatient and started slamming the scanner on the counter. There were only two other people in the store and two employees working, there was no need for her to rush us. First time I've had such a negative experience at this 7-Eleven, but I am definitely not returning. There is no reason to get frustrated with us because you made a mistake.

There are new owners. They took over a few months ago, after mask mandate. I’ve been in there several times, employees don’t wear masks correctly (below nose or beneath chin), and they don’t adhere to social distancing rules for customers. Old owners were carful & thoughtful, new owners are not. I believe it’s family owned as today I was in line and a couple with a toddler came in with no masks, walked right by me & went behind the counter into little back room. Girl at register had mask just above upper lip. I’ve asked them to please wear masks correctly but they don’t. Old owners had arrows so people had to distance, these employees let people in with no masks. I’ll drive a little farther to different location or go elsewhere from now on.
