Really depends on who is working counter and day or night on how nice the counter guys are to you. This 711 is a little more expensive than others too it seems. The food deals are good but cigaretts and other deals seem to be little more and I say a little. All in all it's like any 711, usually has the token bum in front and stuff is expensive compared to stores but it's quick in and out open 24 hours . Not unlike any 711 is. This one is located in the start of the good neighborhoods so it gets a mix of customer types and this one is frequented by police. Minimal parking here in the little strip mall. But it works out you can usually find a spot ?

UPDATE: After checking the cameras they were able to confirm the error and gave me the refund for the item I was charged for that I did not purchase. Thank you 7-Eleven for making things right.

Horrible 7-11. Turns off the discount for when you buy two packs of smokes and other 7-11 's do not. This has happened several times a month. Does not stock items correctly, is always out ( told he may be selling but needs to stock the store properly). The regular clerks are nice but the owner is vey rude and pretends he cannot hear you and you can be shouting and he still says cannot hear you. Best advise I can give you is to avoid this 7-11)

Never ever going into this 7 11 again. I went in Monday morning around 940 am to buy lotto tickets. I asked for 12 tickets (quick picks) in two separate papers. He gave me six individual tickets totaling $12. Told him this is not what I asked for. He starts chewing me out and can't void them. I grab the money and walk out (left the tickets behind). I get back to the car and grab my pepper spray just in case. The employee comes out running after me. He is challenging me to fight and taking photos of me and of the car. As I'm driving away, he is still challenging me to fight. I called customer service a few hours and still haven't called me back. By the way, there was at least one other customer in the store. He needs to be fired.

my chips were expired and i noticed it when i was eating them because of how stale they were.. and when i bought the chips they tried giving my change back short and when i confronted him he tried to say i was wrong, however it's on the screen and the incorrect change is in my hand in front of him.. so eventually he gave me my right change.. sad anyways this isn't the first time the have expired snacks so check the expirations and check your CHANGE.

Currently here at 2:49 a.m. came at 2:30 a.m. the doors was closed with a trash bag tide up. The cashiee saw me and just ignored me wavinf and knocking on the door. Until, I cracked it open and asked him if he was goinf to re-open, he said yes in 5 minutes with a hand gesture. Been here 20 mins now. Nowhere to be seen. He just hidding in the back. Im only waiting because i ran out of milk for my 2 year old or else i would left. This is simply horrible service.

The guy working tonight tried to ring us up for extra sodas and when we told him 4 times hey it's only 2 why are you ringing us up for 3 he just kept pointing to the screen and talking on the phone. He was rude and being an a******* Purposely ignoring us and trying to make us pay for something we didn't even get. Shouldn't be working if you can't do your job correctly. Bunch of idiots running the store.

My CO detector is on the fritz. I came here at 2:38am to buy batteries. The store staff locked the doors from within with some type of belt and shoo'd me away. The lights are on and it says open.If you are not open, then say so. Don't lock customers out because you don't want to work in the middle of the night. Terrible service. The door would crack open and I tried telling them and they just waived me away and wouldn't talk to me.

You guys should really only sell products with barcodes it really makes no sense and if theres a way to buy anything without a barcode eployees should be taught the way to do it

Not all employees here wear masks. I just think the public should know especially if you plan on getting a hot food item. Super frustrating as their signs indicate customers are required to wear them.

Offensive:At around 2:20, (July 11th) I walk into this seven eleven to get a couple cold drinks and some ice from the ice machine, I have a Big Gulp cup and my intention was to put the ice in it, the attendant stop me and he said that my cup has CoronaVirus and therefore I could not use it that I have to use one of their, a new cup, I come to this seven eleven mostly in the morning and usually there is a nice bloke at the helm very polite and friendly but it change today, even if company policy is to be obey there are ways to say things and this is not one of them.
