I stopped by this Abercrombie Kids inside Westfield Topanga Mall today while my wife was at a store across looking at purses and jewelry. We are expecting a baby girl so I wanted to see what kind of cute clothing they had. They had some decent ones and I came right when the store open so there was no other guest there. A worker approach me and asked if I needed any help but I told her I was just browsing.

They make great t shirts. Love the fabric of their basic Ts. I otherwise don't ship here but their line of athleisure also looks really good

Trying on clothes is always such an inconvenience here. I’m assuming the cashiers double as fitting room attendants and therefore, it takes forever for someone just to open a room for you. Multiple times, I’ve had a pile of clothes I was ready to buy and put everything down because I waited 20 minutes for a dressing room. This location really needs to get themselves organized.

For a small store they have more people staffed than average. But no one wants to help. They would rather talk to each other and walk around rather than help. If you try to check out while being the only customer there, the 3-4 employees hanging out at check out will have to fight each other to see who has to ring you out...

I went to the store today for couple of online returns. Today was the second time that I went to that store and I have to say the staff are so rude including the manager. The don't smile at you and they have this attitude like why you even came to the store... honestly really disappointing and most likely I won't order from Abercrombie since for me it's easier to return it to the store and this location is the closest to my house.
