This location is my favorite. I frequent here several times a week and then men who work at night are always nice and friendly and helpful. I got out of my way to go to this location over others.

All workers were doing there own thing in a back room stood for 5 mins till I finally asked if someone can ring me up as I had to head to work. Old lady comes up very annoyed I asked for assistance. I am assuming debt card machines were all out of order because everyone was coming inside to pay with card .. I don't think the lady is fluent in English which is okay but don't be rude because you didn't understand when I said 15 and you heard 50$ she was very annoyed I told her no I said 15$ ... point is if you don't like your job or having a bad day leave it at home we don't have anything to do with whatever it is you are going through. I wish I could've gotten her name but elder lady with glasses.... Fix your attitude please.

Worst gas station ever, no other way to say it. Everything about this place is garbage. Owner must be one miserable son of a c**** Doors always chained up, employees always taking a s*** on the floor, and there's one specific piece of garbage that always refuses to turn on the broken air machine, m*********** looks like a skinny genie, and if you ever buy anything inside it's usually expired. In conclusion one horrendous s*** hole that plagues the valley.

I only come to this arco because i frequent the vanowen and independence lot. Customer service with the fluffy haired brown kid and redhead are on point(*sarcasm). All they do it talk to each other and make remarks as if its especially not raining tonight and people are getting f****** wet. It sucks it took four times to get gas going on pump 5. I see this happen every other week with other customers. Listening skills are very poor with these two. I hate this arco location more and more every time.

The doors are always chained up and the workers are never working. Usually it takes about 30 minutes to get the attention of this one female worker who works the late night shift. Came in today at 9:43pm to see the doors locked up. A worker then said that they close the store from 9:45 to 10 so they can't accept cash. There are such arbitrary rules that are causing this establishment to lose out on customers. If the owner wants to continue to frustrate potential patrons then they should keep doing what they're doing. Otherwise, some serious changes need to happen here.

I believe the gas is moderately priced, but so is the Ralphs gas station about 4 minutes away and they don't charge you to use your card. I used to come here before I started using Ralphs fuel points and seemed to always have issues using my card, but being charged to use my it is one of my biggest pet peeves. I was reminded of this when I came here yesterday to buy something to drink. There was no mention of a fee so I asked the cashier if they still charge to use a card. He answered me as if this were the dumbest question he had ever heard. I will continue to take my money elsewhere.

Recently there's this seemingly lazy guy (Omar) in his phone and he just seemed like he hated his job almost right away he said he wouldn't serve me I complied and went to Ralph's for my alchohol and then came and asked about cigarillos and asked for his opinion/if he's tried them b4 he said yes then no so I decided to not buy them. As soon as I said that he got extremely frustrated and said he wants me out of the store. He tried grabbing my Ralph's bags and then when we were walking out the doorway he tried threatening me saying that he wanted it punch me so bad I understand but there can be more investigation in this it happened recently I'm sure it's in his cameras but just for him threatening me even if he's having a bad day maybe the job isn't for him he seems miserable or always on his phone and is quite rude. I'm a regular been coming here forever and live near by forgot his name but whiteish hairs fellow knows me seen me multiple times and try to maintain respect and all but Omar has been disrespectful and even threatened me saying he was going to punch me the company can easily find a replacement and I don't think Omar should be kept around much longer . (edit) if Omar is still there or his hours are not cut down to 2-4 hour shifts once a week the company and him will definitely be receiving a lawsuit for Omar the cashier threatening me and saying he wanted to assault or hurt me obviously doesn't like his job and shouldn't be a gas station worker.

This is supposed to be a 24 hour business and every time I come here when I get off work at 12am there a sign that says employees on break be back in 30 mins yet no one Ever comes back and the chain is on the door... if they don't wanna work here they should find a new job or stop calling this business a 24 hour business

So far the best prices for gas in the whole Valley, the staff is helpful and its clean and organized.

Decent gas station as gas stations go. Nothing fancy, but it's open 24 hours and tends to have the best prices in the area. Like most Arco stations it doesn't take credit cards, so make sure to have cash on hand.
