I have been going here for 15 years. I'm there twice a year because of multiple cars. My 1989 Mercedes 300se was extremely difficult to pass. I have a GMC Yukon and two Lexus hybrids. They are always pleasant to me and other customers. I have never seen rude or arrogant behavior. Generally that is a customer who feels entitled.
