If I could give zero star, I did it. I’m disappointed with the sofa bed I purchased. It makes noise, isn’t comfortable, and my foot once got caught under the back cushion, which seems unsafe.
Although your team came once to check, they did not provide any support, and they said: it’s what it is..! despite the sofa having a 5-year warranty. After-sales service has been unhelpful, and I wouldn’t recommend this sofa to others since there’s no proper way to fix or replace it.

Worst shopping experience ever!
I spent nearly $10,000 on furniture and warranties, but they have no quality, no responsibility, no warranty support, and terrible customer service!
It’s been a year since I made the purchase, and all I got was a waste of money.
I honestly can’t wait for the day I can throw all this furniture away so I won’t have to see it anymore!
Jacob at Ashley Canoga Park is extremely irresponsible and rude.
Never buy from Ashley!
No matter where you shop, anywhere is better than Ashley.

The worst place to buy from is Ashley!!!
It was a terrible experience.
After spending over $7,000 and even purchasing a warranty for the sofa and table and despite using a sofa cover and having only two people (about 150 lbs each) sit on it for a few hours a day the sofa started making noises.
So I contacted Ashley, and they sent someone to check it out, but his response was that it was “normal” and that “there’s nothing he could do.”
That was even though not even a year had passed since I bought it! And besides the $400 warranty I paid for, it should have also been covered under the manufacturer’s warranty!
On top of that, I bought a real marble table, but after just one month of use, it got cup stains and started looking awful.
Additionally, when we bought a bed and mattress, I also got a mattress cover, and they told me that I was entitled to a free extra cover that I could pick up anytime. But now, a year and a few months later, when I went back to Ashley to get it, a man named Jacob first said that I had already received it. When I said I hadn’t, he changed his story and said “you were only supposed to get one cover,” and when I reminded him that one was supposed to be free, he said “since a year has passed, you’re no longer eligible.”
He was so rude and dismissive that I just said “never mind” and started to leave. As I walked out, he mockingly said “have a nice day,” and I replied “you too.”
His female coworker (I don’t know her name) also sarcastically said “have a nice day,” which completely ruined our weekend and made me so angry my whole body was shaking.
I absolutely do not recommend buying from Ashley to anyone.
The quality is poor, they don’t honor warranties or promises, and their customer service is horrible.
It couldn’t be worse.

Over 1 month delay on delivery after delivery had already been scheduled. Extremely frustrating, should have bought elsewhere

Five stars for five star service from Edith and the manager. I went to idea shop and ended up buying a bed, 2 chairs, a bookshelf and two end tables. Helpful service, not pushy and now I can’t wait for my order to be delivered!

I’m only give no one start because I have to to be able to post this review. The worst experience ever they belittle me and try to shame me. I came in and asked about chest drawers for my child and didn’t want to spend a lot of money, but I would’ve had to asked the sales person about a chest of drawers and how long it will take to get delivered Out told me that I’ll be looking for something cheap. We don’t carry that here. I told him that’s not the question I asked you I asked you how long would it take to get my chest drawers delivered and he said again look if you’re looking for something cheap we don’t have that here you’re in the wrong place. That’s the worst customer service and the worst feeling I’ve ever had shopping anywhere. I’ve been a customer of Ashley Furniture for over 20 years and filled up two house with a furniture and to be treated like that what’s the worst feeling ever I will never go back to Ashley furniture and I will make sure everyone I know knows what happened. The sales person was a middle-age man and the purchase Was on the 28th or 29th of August in the Canoga store. If I can give a negative review, I would, I would never return to Ashley the furniture again

Salesman David greeted me as entered the store. He answered all of my questions about mattresses. I found a good Nectar mattress at an affordable price to be delivered on 9/2. I was pleased with the service and selection of mattresses.
