This branch is very crowded and they need more staff to help people. As business owner I received very good consultation from Francisco Alegria "business advisor of this branch. He is very fast, smart and respectful. I recommend him to everyone who wants to open business account and CD and other business job.

Business advantage lady is truly a rude lady. She made me wait for 35 mins then said she can’t help me. Seriously business owners like us bank here to pay your salaries and yall make us wait and then after asking you when would my turn be you simply come and say I can’t help you today better go **** yourselves or learn to be professional *****

Another awful branch.Incompetent branch staff. Needed to cash a bank of America check and the manager would not bother to verify the check from another BofA branch.I needed the cash and she insisted on depositing it.Dear upper management, please take these complains seriously ?How many complains do you need before you start taking actions?

Nothing against the employees working there. But Bofa is the reason this branch is miserable. Seriously avoid at all costs if you don’t want to wait for minimum of 30 minutes in the line. And that’s if you are lucky.I mean this is on a busy street, you are one if the biggest banks in the world. Just put more tellers for God’s sake!

Great service, i am with this branch since 2004. Never ever had any issues. Just went back again today i was helped by Martha, then she moved me to Anup chandiram for futher assistant. All went well and so smooth. Very knowledgeable and experienced.

I called support and asked for help. after an hour and a half of conversations with three different specialists from different departments, they came to the conclusion that I need to write a paper letter somewhere in Arizona. they don't have an email. the situation is complicated by the fact that my English is not very good and the staff do not even try to delve into the problem. I walked in with no appointment and was seen as soon as possible. I had to send two overseas wire transfers. And was helped in most professional manner. Never regretted banking with Bank of America.

I being with Bank of America since 2007, so don’t get me wrong,but it’s been so many little issues in the branch in Sherman Way and Topanga that makes me think of closing all my accounts with them and never ever come back to this location again.The manager is the problem. I have few stories to tell so don’t hesitate to ask me for every detail.
