The manager on staff today was rude talked to me like I was a child or slow tone was disrespectful I was picking up an order for delivery but I live close by so I'm also a customer and this experience make me consider no longer being a customer

It does not have a big selection of wine or liquer. But it was the first time I had been in a bevmo, so I didn't know what to expect. That said, Total Wine and Spirits is a much better place if you're looking for a wide selection of wine products.

Terrible customer service. Workers dont know what they are doing at the register. Machines dont work if you have a gift card.

This guy need to chill out is 4th of July everybody is happy buying alcohol for the big night and this guy is ruined the celebration, I can't see his name but his on the pickup door wearing glasses.
This guy need to have a warning from the corporate

Not sure what’s up with the attitude. I'm not sure what her name was, but it was very unpleasant to the level I told myself to forget it, and I go to total wine. Also, they don’t let you use the bathroom.

I went to this location to pick up an order this morning as soon as the store opened at 9 a.m. I was approached by a women by the name of Veronica who said she was the assistant manager, with an attitude she stated that it was early in the morning and she couldn’t help me because she was the only one pulling orders and walked away. I’m not sure how she became an assistant manager with that attitude lol! There were other employees in the store. I can’t comprehend how she couldn’t just give me my order instead of giving me one of my worst customer service experiences of my life.
