Built to Perfection made my family’s home remodel literally a dream come true. The entire team was not only professional and courteous, but just awesome people to work with. From the beginning, they treated us like we were top priority. Their designer listened, offered suggestions and ultimately created a custom kitchen and primary bathroom suite that rivals those coveted within million dollar homes. The execution of the design was pristine, leaving a finished product that looks exactly like the approved renderings. But what I’m most thankful for is the patience they gave to my wife and I throughout this process. Being that this is our first home remodel, we made some mistakes, asked for walls to be knocked down, only to ask the team to replace them again. We weren’t always clear, but they worked with us and within our budget and that’s a grace I don’t think another company would ever offer. We loved working with BTP so much we expanded our remodel to have them do landscaping, which is also shaping up to be spectacular. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a home remodel and they will be the only one we ever use moving forward.

Our ADU build atop our detached garage exceeded our expectations, and we’ve been getting compliments from around the neighborhood since it’s been finished about the look and quality of it. Shay and Daniel managed the project well and kept us informed and on budget.

Shay & Tyler took us through the paces of a remodel/update for our home. Installing all new wood flooring (wide Plank Vinyl) & railings on the main floor and carpeting on the upper. Additionally they installed new vanities and flooring in two bathrooms. The quality and professionalism of this multi faceted job can only be described as excellent. There were many moving parts to completing this job and they stayed on top of everything and made sure everything was done with quality. I'm proud of the end result. Thank you for your perseverance in getting us to the finish line. We look forward to working with you guys on our future kitchen remodel.

He was very patient with me when I took forever making decisions, and when the time came to get my countertops done, he and his team were quick and did an excellent job. We are so happy with our new bathroom by Built to Perfection. Shay Bokra was an amazing project manager. He was always kind, and patient with my many questions, and requests. His team did a great job. It took a little longer than expected, but that happens. If/when we use Built to perfection again I will request Shay for the project manager ?

I first heard about Built to Perfection and Shay from my niece. She and her husband had an unusual space off their master bedroom turned into a bathroom with a walk in shower. It is beautiful! When I needed work done at my home, my niece suggested your company and Shay. She met Shay at my home and he came up with plans to renovate my front porch, which was literally falling down. His subcontractors were skilled and efficient. The front porch turned out great with more space somehow and handrails which were needed. There was painting too and rain gutters installed. I will call Shay and Built to Perfection when I need other construction projects done. Thank you Shay and Built to Perfection!! I forgot to mention that your company replaced my front door. It is perfect!

When we met Shai Bokra, and began working with built perfection it is not too much to say that we were overjoyed and ecstatic. We worked with Shai for over two years while we were deciding what to do and how to proceed. One of the things we loved about this company Was that it is a “one stop shop“. Design, engineering, architecture, and build. Everything under one roof under the supervision of this wonderful man. Everything Shai said would happen did happen. Quote of how much things would cost was exactly exactly accurate. There were no surprises along the way. Everyone warned us about how difficult it would be to do a renovation. How difficult it would be to work with a contractor. They were all wrong. Because built to perfection and Shai made the process a joy. We are so happy, so delighted, and so grateful for what they did. When we first looked at the drawings of the project I said to Shai if it comes out looking like this we will be happy. He said usually it looks much better. He was absolutely right. Our house is beyond our wildest dreams. It is so much better than we thought it could be, thank you to build to perfection for making our forever home the dream home we’ve always wanted. We love these people.
