I agree with another reviewer that unfortunately most of the clothes online can never be picked up at the store. If there was a way to make this happen quicker that would be awesome. It would be lovely if they could increase the inventory at this store or get quicker shipping from corporate. Otherwise it's better just to ship from the online site.

Worst store management. They closed down early at 7pm without notice for stock taking and wouldn't handover a website order. I drove 28 miles to be at the store and they wouldn't even look at the door to see if customers are inconvenienced. When I finally got attention they gave an excuse that their systems were down. To handover a package that came to their store via UPS for which I have a tracking number, seriously ?

I went here to exchange a gift for store credit and it was easy peasy. I was afraid they would say no or I had to return it by mail but it was no problem - also everything I bought was cheaper than what it said on the tag- like $16 and $14.80 vs $22 and $24 so that was unexpected but nice. The 2 women who helped me was super friendly and nice and really made me feel comfortable to ask any questions. I don't recall one of their names but one of them was Vanessa! She was awesome and made us feel very welcome.

Was in the other day to get stuff for my grandson and the staff was so helpful. Didn't show ne the most expensive things as you would expect asked my budget and helped me find amazing deals and I ended up with 10 outfits for under $50 the lady Sofia went beyond what I expected and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I will definitely be shopping here from now on
