Applied for a credit card yesterday at Chase Bank on Topanga Cyn Blvd in Woodland Hills and had the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a bank. Doorsa Afjei was the representative who helped me. She couldn't answer some of my questions, had to go back to her manager to get answers, as well as was on her phone texting during the application process. She never smiled, was not very kind, never made real eye contact and I felt like she didn't really want to be there. I regret going to this Bank. Should've gone somewhere else. She definitely needs some customer care training. I have never written a bad review about someone. I usually suck it up. But this one was one for the books. I hope someone takes this to heart and givea her some more training on how to be around customer and how to treat someone in a professional setting.

I went in needing print outs of my deposits for 6 months - I had been able to do this twice before at other branches no problem. I was told by a Mr.Wang that he could do it but it wouldn't look official - I showed him what I needed using the Chase app and he said whoever had done it before had used a piece of paper to obscure my statement details and only print my statement summary. I knew that this was not true. Next he told me he had an appointment soon and I wud have to come back. After being brushed off. I went outside for a few minutes to weigh my options and decided to go back in and try again. This time I was helped by Dylan Tamayo who said he wasn't sure but he'd check with a supervisor on how to help me. Within minutes he was able to give me my printouts. Wang 1 star Tamayo 5 stars

Selena v teller was super rude for no reason asked for my id yet could not find my account number took her 10 minutes to find my account all this because I wanted $120 change with the cash I had. Extremely rude does not even wear her name tag and looks very angry

We visited Chase branch today with my husband, had no appointment scheduled. We were in rush and had not too much time, and we could open a business account for less than 30 minutes, thanks to Francis! Great professional and nice person! Thank you, Francis, you are the best!!!

I've never gone inside but for over 5 years I've used their ATM's. I've never had trouble with them and they are always in good use when pushing the buttons. Buttons are never sticky and it appears that someone probably up keeps them because there isn't any spiderwebs I see like the ATM I go to in Burbank on San Fernando and Burbank Blvd (for real avoid). This is only on the ATM's not the bank. (Happy Thanksgiving) took out $300

There were only 2 tellers working so there was quite a lot of time waiting in line. The teller that I was being serviced by had her computer crash in the middle of my transaction so she had me wait for the other teller to take me.

Today I came to them to make a business account. asked to wait a couple of minutes. But I had to wait an hour. When they approached me, they told me that there was no time now and that it would be later, and that they would only speak English and that an interpreter could not be used. This is some kind of racism. Went to Bank of America.

So who runs out of money at ATM? The first one I tried on the left was out of money. The one in the middle, I got my money out with no problem. I was like who manage these ATM machines? No, I won't come back here.

I have banked with Chase for 25 years, recently there has been a staff turnover and within the last year or two the professionalism of the staff has gone down. My business is growing and without notice, warning or explanation other than "we can no longer manage your account, Chase closed my account. I had several bills set up for autopay, I paid my other bills via Chase online bill pay and now my Car Insurance, Life Insurance and all other bill collectors have called and text notifications have come in that my accounts are all past due for for lack of payment. I have not had any returned checks, late payments, insufficient funds in the last 20 plus years. This has caused me anxiety, headaches, stress. I do not understand how a bank organization such as Chase could treat a loyal customer of 25 years this way. No warning, No notice. My life has been turned upside down. Countless hours and panic to bring more than 12 accounts back up to date.

I came in last minute with an emergency. My tax preparer mistyped my account number for my tax refund. I was in a panic. Luckily there was a really friendly and helpful person taking appointments- Francis Akhator. He not assured me that everything would be okay, but he went above and beyond to do everything in his power to help me. He found people, information, and next steps for me. He was fantastic and I'm really happy I met him. Thanks Francis!
