I paid off my car loan balance in full for chase auto loan. They still haven't given me my pink slip. And even worse they're not reporting on my credit report that I paid it off in full. Thanks Chase

Sometimes there’s a line, but never had to wait too long. Tellers I’ve dealt with were knowledgeable and efficient. When I had to see someone to help with a problem, always had it resolved.
