I honestly had a great experience at this CVS. This location is a CVS y Mas, which is a brilliant concept! I found everything I needed and then some. I got the best service from associate Jeanie. She was friendly, funny, and clearly understands the need for good customer service. It was wonderful to speak with her. This location is not necessarily the closest CVS, but I'll definitely be back!

Melinda in the pharmacy IS THE GREATEST. Nobody and I mean 5 other pharmacies, 6 other pharmacists could not find or get me my Rx. BUT, MELINDA DID RIGHT AWAY. She is excellent!

Stay away from CVS I have the loyalty program and received promotion for buy one get one half ... I checked one Item was $14.99 in CVS and it was $10.99 at Target... So they are fullying you by raising price and the give the second one for 50% which at the end comes same price at Target... This is a pharmacy store it's a shame for this unethical act...

The people here were friendly and helped me find the medicine that my little girl needed. I was grateful for the help and I was able to get in and out quickly.

Janet the pharmacist is great. I barely felt the jab. Only waited a few minutes as a walk-in. And I got a sticker!

I want to thank Gabby the manager for helping me resolve a problem i had at the other CVS. I told her how they did not accept my rewards card, phone number or account towards my purchase and she went ahead and refunded me my money and then charged me correctly for the things i originally bought at the other store. The difference in price is almost half! I only payed 26$ here and they had charged me 50$ at the other one. Thank you for being understanding and very helpful!!

I went to pick up my Medication being African American in a wheelchair. There's a girl with Red hair & glasses Sandra along with Ashlee Cohen treated me like an absolute criminal!!! Like they do all the time!! If your African American be ready to be treated like a criminal. Shame on them for mistreating the disabled community. Ashlee doesn't even act like I'm needing my medication gives me the hardest time, I've been going to that Pharmacy for 20 years every since Ashlee Cohen started working there my life's been a living hell. Your not a judge and jury stop treating African Americans with disabilities rude & mean. Stop Power tripping!!! Thank you

Just want to say thank you, because I think this must be a tough neighborhood to work in, and a job that requires a lot of patience. There have been so many kind, helpful pharmacists at this pharmacy over the years. There's one young woman in particular who always seems to go the extra mile, while remaining calm, friendly and patient. I appreciate that. Thank you pharmacy team!

Tuesday 27th! night shift a cashier girl with a navy blue LA mask on. which is really rude and lazy! even don't know to say hi back to the customer and she look at me in a very bad way especially my dog! I am putting this review exactly less than a minute I left the store and she saw how my hand is busy and full because I hold my pet and my wallet, she throw the plastic bag to me to put stuff by myself and I asked you don't do it and she said NO! even saying sorry to me. looking at me and my pet what? answering my questions with only NO NO and rude. so for covid-19 I work in the store and mall too. when you touch and scan the items and touch the plastic bag and my receipt it means I don't get covid-19? it means if you put them in the bag I get covid-19? like WTH?

Came today around 12:30 after leaving West Hills hospital ER for three hours. I had three prescriptions to fill and they had it ready in about 15 mins. Fast, service on a weekend, when your not feeling well is highly appreciated. They have nice wide isles here too. Plenty of everything you need. Its got plenty of parking, but not in the greatest area, so watch your back. Customer service is friendly as well.

This store needs improvement if I could comment "same!" On every bad comment about the pharmacy I would. I came in after I went to Walgreens and they tried to make me pay $50 when I had insurance. I was hoping this store would be a better option but it took me about 30min to drop of a prescription because the lady was talking to the customer about something that was not related to medication, she saw me frustrated and said she would be with me soon. She then said I needed to call and give my insurance information so they could see if it covered my medication. When I called the pharmacist was very rude she didn't pay attention to what I was saying and said I would have to come in and deal with the matter personally because she had to many people to help and couldn't help me on the phone. What a joke! I told her I'd hold and she said she'd just call back and I gave her my new number and she never wrote it down! I called back and they were defensive that I needed to update the number which I did! Bad service, go to Walmart it's better.

Sub Par Pharmacy This was my first visit here. When my turn came up in line a lady with short blonde hair told the man behind me to cut in front of me! What Gall! Then she sent me to Trinny who hadn't entered my prescription which she received 3 days earlier because she "didn't know who I was" Then she told me they didn't have the medicine in stock so I pointed at it and told her I was looking right at it! She reconsidered and told me to wait 15 mins even though she didn't have to count or divide since it comes in two boxes. After taking the entirely of the 15 minutes to move the boxes 10 ft. from the shelf to the counter I finally got them. Infuriating!!! These people are sick with power. There is no drive thru.
