  Customer service is horrible! i placed and order with my paypal account and when i emailed customer service on when my order will be shipped i got a really rude unprofessional response!   I use their molds for all of the birthday parties I do. The snowflake ones were perfect for the "Frozen" themed one for my little girl. Good customer service.
