The agent at the store refused to help us because her shift was ended in ten minutes while we waited for more than an hour and she was helping the other customer!I told her that my phone is disconnected due to some issue with my account but she didn't seem to care!All I needed was to pay my bill so I can get my lines connected!Very poor customer service!

Israel attended us and he turned out to be the manager, worse service ever! Scammed us and gave us the wrong phone and didnt want to trade it for the one we asked for and was on promotion. also gave us esims on our iphones instead of physical sim cards so now we have to buy new sim cards to switch to newer phones.I would Suggest going to a different cricket store cause the management here is obviously not well

Came in to switch services .. the kid helping me was rushing to help me switch because others were coming in the store so he wiped my whole phone out to factory reset. WHICH I didn't even get a sim or switch my services over..suggest your go elsewhere unless you wanna spend all day updating your phone smh Train your employees better plz so this doesn't happen to anyone else
