To the lady who has the keys between the hours of 8pm-9pm on Monday 02/26 : I hope you find happiness and peace because the way you treated me wasn’t fair. She was super rude.On a side note the place is clean and the cashier was very nice.

Bad costumer service. Did a pick up order and had me waiting when there were 4 ppl in the front cashier, they decided to ring everyone up and took care of me after, when i was just picking up a small order.. store looks dirty as well. I guess “y más” means y más tiempo de esperar cause they not gonna take care of right away

I went to the pharmacy today and the staff were so polite and awesome. I didn’t have insurance and they told me to apply for good rx and baby let me tell you , I saved 75.00. Thank you to the whole staff especially the cashier and trinny! Janet B was awesome too ! The best

Update: DON'T SHOP AT CVS!! THEY DONT PROTECT THEIR CUSTOMERS BEST INTEREST. I provided all the information that CVS corporate asked me to provide on my stolen gift card funds. They closed the case. Never called me like they said. I called 6 different times to get the status of my stolen gift card funds. So for the status they told me they can't do anything for me. Basically the thieves have won. Why did they even bother asking me to get the information if they weren't going to help me anyway. I was so upset. I asked nicely to speak to a manager and no manager would give me the curtesy of hearing me out. They don't do that they said. Then they proceeded to tell me that the store the gift card was for, is the liable one. I need to contact them for the money. Well I work for that store and I know CVS pays for those gift cards ahead of time to place them in their store and not to mention CVS has the gift cards out in the open for everyone to tamper with. So why is the other store liable!?!? CVS won't take accountability for my stolen funds even with all the proof I had!!! So someone took my birthday gift and bought themselves a nice designer handbag. They even told me on the phone they know the gift card fraud has been happening a lot. Well then why not protect your customers and put the gift cards behind the counter!! That simple!! They said they have started to do it. It doesn't take that long to move some gifts cards. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT CVS AGAIN! They lost me as a customer for the way they treated me!

1 star!!! workers are rude i asked a lady to open one of the locked up shelfs and she gave me so much attitude and every time i go there they are always keeping an eye on me i dont know if they think im stealing or something but still i dont like it

Just notified me that my prescription is ready for pick up. When I arrive at their location at 1:48 PM the entire pharmacy is "closed down" until 2 PM. I don't even know what's going on anymore. How is my Rx ready, but I can't pick it up

Jenny at the pharmacy gave me the wrong otc medicine. She gave me a non-drowsy medicine when I specifically wanted the one that made me drowsy as I'm sick and having trouble sleeping. The medicine card I gave her was for the drowsy version and I unfortunately didn't realize until I got home that she gave me the non drowsy. Be aware of what otc medicine you are given!!!

I honestly had a great experience at this CVS. This location is a CVS y Mas, which is a brilliant concept! I found everything I needed and then some. I got the best service from associate Jeanie. She was friendly, funny, and clearly understands the need for good customer service. It was wonderful to speak with her. This location is not necessarily the closest CVS, but I'll definitely be back!

I think the pharmacists name was isong a Japanese or Chinese man he was very disrespectful very Unprofessional seems like he hates what he does for a living wouldn't recommend this spot if he continues with that attitude never had a problem with this great pharmacy but he made every good experience fade away with his HORRIBLE ATTITUDE

Every time I come into this CVS pharmacy it’s an issue. I put in a prescription about two weeks ago, waited to get a phone call to inform me that it was ready, never received that call, so I decided to come in. They informed me that they did not have my updated insurance info. But why not call me to at least inform me of this?Today the staff literally pulled the gate down as I was walking up. They said the would re open at 2pm. Big inconvenience since I took time out of my job to come in. Now, I’m sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open back up.This CVS pharmacy really needs to get it together!
