If I can give zero star, I would!!! Racist manager and staff. I lost my purse from my shopping card and the manager said you shouldn't put it there. I asked if we could make an announcement from the speaker or something she had just turned back and walked away. I asked again, and my husband is out of town, and I have all my credit cards. 6 was in it the case, they didn't care at all.

So there is a guy in the parking lot cussing and coming up close to people in cars.
Another time I heard the sales person who checked out telling me some guy asked her if she wanted the store burned down. She was panicky. Don't blame her. You never know what will happen there.
They are never in stock of necessary items.

I find that most items are good valued and it helps for my saving reasonably . Keep them growing in statewide and nationwide for special customers and travelers ! Loved it !!!

This Dollar tree store on on Roscoe and DeSoto empty shelves in the laundry supplies area . Not worth the time to come here

If i could rate a big 0 star, i would. Worst customer service, they treat you like they own the store, rude people.. all 3 cashiers. This guy Chris, just because i said i didn't want one item he, mumble ayayayy. He was nasty too. Please hire complete new staff. RUDE EMPLOYEES

Today I was here and unfortunately didn’t buy anything due to I was shopping and a women and her boyfriend tried stealing my purse I hope management does something about it.,it’s all in cameras it could happened again please be safe and take care while shopping

Terrible cashier , everytime I go it's this cashier with long ponytail on top of his head , very very very rude on his tag it says G E T , he is so rude and disrespectful. He laughs in your face for no reason he laughs at you you tell him. Hi how are you? He doesn't answer. He doesn't say bye he does your stuff and slams him everywhere. I don't understand why he still working over there he insults customers.

Warning!! The first and only time I ever use my new credit card which is at this Dollar Tree, my credit card info gets stolen! Beware!! They have credit card skimmers here and the employees seem to be in on it!!

I have been coming here for over 10 years. My interaction with a manager, Nena, this morning was very disappointing. My mom came in to get store credit/exchange 5 pairs of socks and ornament clippings. Nena told my mom no returns on seasonal items. The ornament clips, I was completely understanding but the socks? The socks were not in the seasonal section, I was not told when purchasing them that they were seasonal + final sale, and I actually exchanged a few of the socks a few weeks prior. My mom called me to tell me she was told no returns. I asked to speak to the manager over the phone. I asked very nicely for some clarification, and she interrupted me and said, "No returns on seasonal items" and walked away from the phone. She continued to do what she was doing. I drove down to the store to speak to her myself since trying to have a civil conversation over the phone was apparently too much to ask. I approached her and attempted to ask how come the socks could not be returned as they are not seasonal. As I tried to ask, she cut me off to say "they are seasonal ma'am." I went to the sock section and found even more pairs of the socks. Again, i was met with her constantly interrupting me, walking away from me, and helping other people as I tried to talk to her. She would not let me get a word in with her, no if ands or buts. It was the most unprofessional encounter I have EVER experienced. I hope something is done about her behavior so nobody else has to endure the treatment my mom and I endured today. I contacted corporate about this, but would love if somebody from this location were to contact me to discuss this further.

Been here a couple times now since it's convenient but they have the worst service. One cashier, long line, no apology for the wait. The cashier was not pleasant basically more on the rude side, doesn't say hello but rudely just asks if you want a bag, shoves the receipt at you and sends you on your merry way without a bye or thank you.
