This is definitely a 5-star review!
The moment you put these shoes on, you won’t want to take them off. They’re so comfortable, you forget you’re even wearing shoes. When I tried switching back to my previous pair, I immediately felt the pain I had been dealing with, I hadn’t even realized how much I was suffering before..
These shoes are not only stylish and beautiful, but also incredibly comfortable. I went with the wide fit, and they even offer extra wide, which is amazing. I also love the extra height they give, super fun!
Honestly, wow. I highly, highly, highly recommend them. This is comfort on a whole different level. Just to add, my previous shoes were already comfort shoes, and this brand still blew them out of the water.
I genuinely feel like I want to replace all my shoes with pairs from this brand. It’s rare to find a brand that is this consistent, trustworthy, and delivers exactly what it promises.
Even my friend, who has amazing style and is super picky, saw them and said, “These are wow,” before even trying them on. She was instantly curious about the brand and wants a pair herself!

Does DSW is in a shopping center with Bed Bath & Beyond used to be what's the hit or miss you may or may not find something it's always a line that pay for your items or if you just want to do a donation it's a great story the deals are all upstairs on the second floor so check out the second floor

I ordered a 9 4E Florsheim sneaker on 3/8. Nothing too crazy, right? Welp, DSW sent me a 10 4E instead. Fine, I let them know, sent it back, and awaited the correct size. INSANELY, they sent me the same wrong shoe — 10 4E — the second time as well. I thought— hey that’s the worst bad luck and spoke to a Russian dude in customer service who assured me a 9 4E was forthcoming. Guess what I got today? THE THIRD WRONG SIZE WRONG SHOE: AGAIN A 10 4E. Maybe I’m being unfair but my take is that DSW IS THE WORST SHOE PLACE EVER, SO DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. But what do I know.

The worst DSW store I've ever been to. This is the nearest DSW to my neighborhood but I won't go there ever again. I've been there once to return 2 pairs of shoes I purchased online and buy another one. When stepping out of the store I realized the cashier just returned one pair's money to me and went in again and talked to the cashier. She rudely said I just gave her one pair without bothering to check despite me trying to remind her of the cabinet I saw she put the shoes in! She told me to go away since she is busy with so much attitude. I talked to the manager. He asked the cashier and she said she was sure she got one pair! I said I'm not going out of the store till get my money back. Then he came after 15 minutes saying he had checked the cameras and I was right and finally gave my money back. Worst customer service ever. I know no one is perfect and mistakes happen but the way they made me look in other customers' eyes like I'm trying to get some money that is not mine and not bothering to check or even being polite was so bad.

Ordered online for pickup. Long wait for someone to come help us at the pickup counter. Thankfully, I decided to try on the shoe before leaving. The shoe was used with visible dirt in threads and faded logo marking inside. We asked the lady to replace it and she claimed it was only tried on in the store and proceeded to clean it with wipes. We asked to give us another pair and were told it was the last one but we could order another one after standing in another line. We just asked her to keep the shoes and refund. Reminds me why I don't shop at this place.

Returned a pair of boots I ordered online. This location is very clean and the employees are very friendly. It's very easy to return online orders at any DSW. My credit went right back onto my credit card. They didn't need to see my card and they now email your receipt. Great way to save a tree! They also offer a $5 coupon upon your return to use in the store "that day only." Today I didn't find anything I liked but it's hit or miss for me. *Plenty of parking in the lot. *The sale rack is located upstairs

Service sucks, prices are not great, and it seems they resale used/defective shoes. I ordered some crocs for pickup from here as a last minute gift because the crocs store was too far from me and the malls were packed being the holidays and all. I picked up my order, and shoes from the bottom seemed they had been walked on and i also had to trim some rubber as it had extra rubber on the inside of the croc. I took it back as soon as i picked up and noticed and the girl at the register is clueless. The person in the front greeting just said they can order some for me as that was the last pair (like why sell a pair that’s not good in the first place) and i told her i needed them for today and that’s the only option she gave. None of them apologized, they couldn’t match the price for another pair of crocs (the ones i got were 25% off). Then the girl at the register tried to charge me again for the crocs i had already bought! This place is ridiculous. They are also sooooo slow. Never coming here again.
