Highly recommend you to avoid this store!! rude stuff.rude selling manager was yelling at me. I asked her name she refused to answer to me!!! That’s how manager of FedEx and Walgreens working!! Because of my package was one letter on first name mistake with my id. I was 3 hours waiting to get my package she’s been so rude , yelling at me and trying to kick me out from the store! Screaming that’s not my package my id wrong and I won’t give it to you. She waste my 3 hours in a store when I was trying to pick up my package. I was on phone with FedEx they said on id with package should be 2 matches but still those rude girls decided play in a boss front on me not giving to me my package because on first name was mistake with 1 letter !!! Doesn’t want to work with clients!!! Stay away of this store and those rude people!!!!

Same issue staff giving customer dropping off Fed Ex packages issues. Saying they can’t take Q R code to print returns. Not very helpful in explaining when your store is a Fed Ex drop off point listed online,

Manny Arellano the driver on the Chatsworth industrial are is the worst driver a ever meet. Very rude and unprofessional. FedEx is losing bussines customers like me because of this unprofessional driver.

This is the second time the manager gave me grief about dropping off packages. The first time he said the box was too big and too heavy even though I carried it in. He reluctantly accepted it.Today he said he had limited space, even though my 2 boxes were within the size requirements
