I tried to get some shoes they didn't have the size and the worker convinced me to pay for them Thier and they will ship to my house in 5 business days, 5 business days had passed I try to track my shoes couldn't get tracking contacted customer service and they canceled my whole order! Went back to the store and tried to get a refund as I paid cash and they wouldn't give me my cash refund instead said that customer service or corporate mailed me a check it has been 7 days and still no check. It does no't make any sense if I had paid cash!!! Why do I have to wait for a check? if they convince you to pay for the shoes Thier and have them shipped to your house DONT DO IT !!! I will never buy from jd again

Received the best customer service from Alexa. She displayed patience and understanding of a complex transaction, which was resolved.

Customer service is just worthless. The staff ignore you the entire time. When I asked about available sizes they told me to look it up myself on my phone. They wouldn't let me try on shoes either. What is the point of a shoe store? JD, what are you paying this staff for?

Zero customer service. A bunch of wanna be cool people working here. Like seriously you work for minimum wage and act like you are kings and queens. Karma is a beautiful thing and people who treat others with such attitude and unkindness will reap what they sow. Spend your hard earned money where you are treated as a customer not a dog.

Big selection here. It was busy, but Roderick was so kind enough to help make sure we found shoes for my kids. He really juggled a lot, and the store is lucky to have him! Keisha helped us check out and was very sweet!

This is the horrible store in the Topanga Mall they don't even care about anything here, Marcus is the manager in this time he have a crazy attitude he don't even try to fix my problem, BE CAREFUL EVERYONE DONT EXPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I buy a pair of shoes here I did pay CASH ? then they canceled my order in send me a check ✔️ it was December 12, 8 days Later nothing coming yet to my house ?!!! BE AWARE TO THIS PLACE MARCUS IS THE HORRIBLE MANAGER THAT I MEET IDK WHY THEY HIRING PEOPLE WITH A LOT OF ATTITUDE.BE AWARE AGAIN

This establishment boasts an impressive collection of sneakers, but unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired during my recent visit. Upon arriving, I noticed a lengthy line, and it became apparent that the limited number of registers was causing delays. The manager, whom I believe is named Shark or Shak, observed the situation but chose to halt customer service and proceed to count her draw because she was leaving. When approached and asked if she could enlist additional assistance, she ignored us with a dismissive and rude attitude. This experience was disheartening given the otherwise appealing selection of kicks in the store.

Bought the all black Nike Vapor Max Plus for me and for my fiance. They are the absolute best work shoes we have ever had. We work for the studios sometimes almost 15+ hr days on our feet almost the entire time.

This is the worst customer service. I went to buy my son some shoes I asked for his size and the manager which refused to give me her name state it that they were not looking for my shoes. I waited for 30 minutes for nothing.
