First of all idk who Ruth thinks she is just adding donations and not letting me know. I never agreed to donate money and she added a donation with out telling me. If she would’ve simply asked that would’ve been fine but she didn’t. The manager need to have a talk with Ruth before they get sued.

The manager of the store is so incompetent, and clearly doesn’t have customer service skills. She didn’t want to help me with my purchase, did not wanted to check an item in the back for size small and she instead suggested to go to Zara.

I purchased a shirt that was "final sale" because it was on clearance. Before purchasing, I tried the shirt on and did not see anything wrong with it. However when I took it home I noticed there was a large rip/tear/hole where the security monitor sensor was taken out. I immediately went back to the store, explained the situation to the same cashier who checked me out, and showed her the shirt. I then asked her if I could exchange it for another small and she said yes. I went to grab another small, but could only find a medium. I took the medium up to the register and she said she couldn't exchange the shirt for a medium because "it was a different item number." Perplexed, I asked to speak to a manager who said the same thing. I asked her how is it fair that I can't exchange a shirt her own employee ripped when taking the security monitor sensor out? All she said was there is nothing they can do about it.Moral of the story: this Forever 21 thinks it's okay to rip a customer's item (or at the very least sell a ripped item), and not allow the customer to exchange it.

Long story short: This Forever 21 thinks it's okay to rip a customer's item (or at the very least sell a ripped item), and not allow the customer to exchange it. I was returning an item and the cashier that helped me out was pretty rude for no reason. I understand you hate your job but don't be rude because something I bought didn't fit right lol. Her name was Sofia

They literally closed the door in my face 10 minutes before the posted and published closing time and told me their closing time is 10 mins early, no exceptions, and in a tone as if I should have known this. They didn’t care that I raced there after work, I just had a fast return with receipt, would be in/out 5 mins before their posted closing time. Manager and associate were SOOO RUDE — and after I’ve purchased so much for multiple people in the last month alone. I’m done with Forever 21 Topanga.

After 8 months of not being able to drive or go shopping, yesterday was finally the day I was able to treat myself and give it a go. I sustained a pretty bad neck injury last year, and still struggle with looking down and fully being able to turn my neck. I was a bit apprehensive about trying clothes on, as I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to zip up or button up clothing without needing some help. Fortunately for me I was blessed to have the best Girl that was working in the fitting room. I wish I had asked her name, cause she was absolutely wonderful. She helped me tie my skirt, grab more jeans I needed, & was super patient and compassionate. I'm very grateful. I was there on 7/8/22 Between 2pm & 4pm. Hopefully this review will make it back to her!

Beware. Hangers can cause eye injury. A lawsuit waiting to happen. They have no opening on the top and heavy. Not plastic regular. Metal low quality. Also they put clothes so next to one another you can’t even find anything. Forever headquarter needs to have feedback after visits. Worst store. Nasty customer service

I would give this zero stars if I could. I got this jacket for Christmas and wore it once! The arm started to fall apart so I took it in with the receipt to return for the same item. I went to the Topanga CA location and was greeted with an employee who stated I couldn't return an even exchange without the tags. I had every intention of wearing this 70 dollar jacket and never returning it as it was not damaged when I bought it. She would not exchange my item! I was so upset that with my prof of purchase I couldn't do an even exchange. Don't buy this and better yet don't shop here. She explained that people keep the tags when items are defective and if it was defective should would have comped it! It wasn't defective when I received it for Christmas. Garbage item, garbage store!
