Customer service has gone down the drain at this Gamestop. I was there today morning 1/21/24 and the guy who was there was extremely rude to all customers. Which you can see nobody was buying because of him.

Drove atleast 12 miles to come pick up the zapados ex box! I was told over the phone they would hold it for me but when I got there they told me they were sold out.. they could simply told me we can’t hold the product or we’re simply sold out.. smh bad experience

Customer Service is terrible. Just one cashier attending on the weekends. Saturday afternoon. One person working and customer takes long time talking and others customer waiting long time. Don't waist your value time in this store.

i would like to share my experience of gamestop.com no specific location. i shopped online. i bought a nintendo switch for $284, not cheap. Well, i got the email that my package had been delivered, yet when i opened my door there was nothing there. i called gamestop immediately and let them know that my item didnt actually show up at my door. so they filed a claim and started an investigation, which was promptly denied. an investigation that consisted of asking the mailman if he delivered the package. of course he said he did. but did he really? where is my package at? dont you tthink that delivering something of such a value should require a signature upon delivery? it didnt. gamestop will not take responsibioity for this lazy a** delivery and i am out of $300 because of their negligence. they said theyb dont cover that! well why should i? the bottom line here is that i gave them $300 for a product they were supposed to deliver and they failed, now they wanna bow out and have nothi g to do with it when somethimg goes wrong. if i had chosen the delivery method that dropped the ball, i would have taken responsibility for it but i had no say so in how my package was delivered. THEY chose. they probably chose the cheapest easiest way. and thats what i got...a cheap easy lazy non delivery! and suddenly gamestop wants nothing to do with it. ill tell you how they wasted no time taking my money!! i will NEVER do business with gamestop again. they reek of laziness, inconsideration, and grease.

Huge supporter of GameStop (GME)! Our go to location was on Platt, but since they closed this location at mall is perfect. Great prices and selection of games/consoles to choose from. Xbox consoles have been a bit difficult to come across, but I was lucky enough to find one here. Will be back!

Order online at 9am for pickup they had 4 items in stock. Didn’t get an email until 6pm, that the item I bought was out of stock. Should just gone to the store in the morning instead of trusting them to put the item aside for me.

My friend got asked to leave because he sneezed. Yes, you heard that correctly. This place won't even let people sneeze without throwing out Covid accusations. Employee was super rude about it too. Didn't get his name but he was tall and had a black ponytail. I guess we will be shopping at the Northridge location from now on, which is really disappointing because I have been shopping at this location since I was 8 years old (I'm now 25).

SCAM ALERT!!!!!I came in today and tried to buy the new PS5 God of War bundle. They had it in stock and when I told them I wanted one, the GameStop worker said i would have to buy a second controller in order to buy it. I told them that the bundle comes with one controller and thats all i wanted. He said that its a store bundle rule. Nothing anywhere says this. I felt ai was being forced to buy something I didn't want so i didn't buy it. I then went on GameStop.com and bought the bundle for pickup at the same store. The same guy that tried to force me buy a second controller gave me my PS5 bundle without the extra one. They know these systems are in high demand now and tried to force sell me extra stuff by making up a rule that doesn't exist. This is dishonest and should be illegal. I can afford to buy a second controller. I don't like to be forced to buy one on some non rule. This is bad business practices and I suggest anyone that goes to this store to be careful and don't rush inti buying something that doesn't make sense!

This is a great location to go to GameStop. My son likes to shop from here a lot, they are always so friendly and so helpful even when he has a million questions about games. They always take the time to talk to him. They even remember him when he comes in, absolute great location it's always clean and well stocked. Wade and Nicky are usually who we get to help us out and they are always very kind to us. Great location! Thank you!!

I just bought a BRAND NEW GAME for my son 70 dollars and we got it home and it's not working! The store will not return my money or give my son a new game, that's not broken! I've never heard of anything so unprofessional in my life! They can get away with selling defective products and you're just out of luck! They tried to scam more money out of my for the protection insurance! Because they sell defective products!!! I've SPENT TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AT THIS STORE FOR MY SON!!! I WILL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN ANY GAME STOP AS LONG AS I LIVE!!! They tols us to call call corporate office and no one is picking up!!! Be aware scam artists!!!!

the people working there were so nice i recommend buying your games here
