I visit this store because I find very good things, but there is a man with long hair who is always dressed in black. When I asked him something about an item of clothing, he answered me rudely and very angry. It is not the first time I have seen him act like this. Unfortunately, people like this do not make me want to come and buy.

I have to say I was quite pleased when I walked in to the Goodwill in Canoga Park & was greated by both Sadya & Annalesia. I shop at about 4 different Goodwill stores in Northridge, Canoga Park, Tarzana & Encino & I unfortunately almost 4 years ago had a health ER & I liked the merchandise at the Canoga Park Goodwill but the management completely chose the wrong place of work, when working with people all day, all kinds of people but had ZERO interest in any thing if it had to do with the customers. The last day I went to that Goodwill the manager, her friend were rude & it just was an uncomfortable, felt like walking on egg shells & wouldn't have even thought to ask any questions or ask to see anything in the glass cabinet. To say that my first day back to shopping & going to Canoga Park Goodwill first these two ladies were so helpful, completely went above & beyond & that's an understatement by far. I will now go to the Canoga Park Goodwill each week & I hopefully will have the pleasure of seeing Sadya & Annalesia🙏❤️ I will call to see if they're working on the day's I'd like to come in, finger's🤞.

This store is one of the best places I have ever visited. Great prices, great valuables items and the best thing about it is in this location you can meet very nice and friendly staff who serve you well. I usually go one day per week and never go out with empty hands.try it. The manager name is Angelina❤️and Mellisa who works there 🌺

I came to this thrifstore for the first time, and I really liked the atmosphere here . I asked about the prices to a young man . His name is Carlos, and he took the time to explain the different deals and color tags and they sales accordently. I liked the fact that he was very professional and sweet and had a smile on his face the whole time. My mom grabbed a purse and it didn't have price, but Carlis said quot," don't worry I will go back and get a price for you," and he did in a timely manner. I really recommend this store for the amazing custo.er service and good clothes. The only area of improvement was the bathroom . I needed to use it really badly, but management didn't want to open it because they said someone had made a mess in there, and they could allow anyone in till it was cleaned up. Please have someone clean it in a timely manner so people like me with one kidney can take care of a physiological need. Besides this, I am in love with this thrifstore. Today, 12/23/2023, I called this Goodwill store before I drove out to it. I communicated to the representative that two of my donations were never processed to my gmail account. The bearded male employee who processed them earlier in the week, told me to call the store if there were problems with my receipts. I immediately called him and said the receipts did not go through. His reply was so sweet, so kind. He told me to return and he would help me again. Well, he must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed or spiked his cereal because, from the start, upon my arrival today, he was short, disrespectful, and confrontational. He spoke quickly and left to get the manager. When she appeared, he spoke to her in a language other than English so that I would not understand. I then spoke to the manager and relayed my circumstances. This manager gave me the "professional brush off" and walked away. Note: I would donate to this store because my dear friend worked there. Now that she doesn't, I wonder why I bother to return.

Good location. I keep forgetting you can drive in their off street lot to donate. I always part on the street. Not a big deal, but just less practical.Note that this and other locations - the hours open for donations is different than store hours. Google looks to list the store hours, so double check on their website.

Hi, I love the selection of clothes and items, but the guest service is terrible, today I was getting ready to pay and there was no cashier's, so I had to go find one,soI found one, she had a bad attitude, she took her time putting the hangers away while I was waiting for her, I hope the owner or corporate talks to them, it's not like the employees are working for free, ether way am still going to buy clothes.....
