Today, 12/23/2023, I called this Goodwill store before I drove out to it. I communicated to the representative that two of my donations were never processed to my gmail account. The bearded male employee who processed them earlier in the week, told me to call the store if there were problems with my receipts. I immediately called him and said the receipts did not go through. His reply was so sweet, so kind. He told me to return and he would help me again. Well, he must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed or spiked his cereal because, from the start, upon my arrival today, he was short, disrespectful, and confrontational. He spoke quickly and left to get the manager. When she appeared, he spoke to her in a language other than English so that I would not understand. I then spoke to the manager and relayed my circumstances. This manager gave me the "professional brush off" and walked away. Note: I would donate to this store because my dear friend worked there. Now that she doesn't, I wonder why I bother to return.

Good location. I keep forgetting you can drive in their off street lot to donate. I always part on the street. Not a big deal, but just less practical.Note that this and other locations - the hours open for donations is different than store hours. Google looks to list the store hours, so double check on their website.

Hi, I love the selection of clothes and items, but the guest service is terrible, today I was getting ready to pay and there was no cashier's, so I had to go find one,soI found one, she had a bad attitude, she took her time putting the hangers away while I was waiting for her, I hope the owner or corporate talks to them, it's not like the employees are working for free, ether way am still going to buy clothes.....

Overprice everything, and they remove the $1 sale colors before Thursday. They sell knock offs as if they are real, they send the real stuff away to that website they advertise now and sell the knock offs in the store . Its all for profit while still asking for you to donate money, goodwills are s*** now and not for people who need them anymore.

Knowingly sells knock off labels for premium prices. When I brought this to their attention they would only refund half of the $400 sale. Did not receive my receipt back to exchange the additional items. Came in another time they had a used cookware set currently selling at Sam's Club for $77, totaling $70. The manager was asked for a price adjustment but declined saying they could not. My experience here makes me not want to donate to this particular thrift store chain, since they're so out of touch with pricing.

This store used to be better. Nowadays all they have is mostly just garbage. I even bought a TV from there like 10 years ago that I still have and that still works great, even though it's like 15-20 years old now. I came here today with some extra medical supplies that I thought might be able to be used by someone - I took them out of my car and was prepared to drop them off in the back, and some lady yelled out, "I'm not taking any medical stuff right now." I guarantee you, there are people in Canoga Park who would've bought this stuff from them like immediately. Okay whatever, I'll give it to one of your competitors then. Or another Goodwill location where they need it.

Good will ? More like no will. There's nothing good in here, and nothing is cheap, and and they don't even really donate to people that much I'm just burned out of the idea of these mega second hand stores that are ruining the working persons means of being trendy and making a living Together we can fight the world of the mega corps and start using Craigslist again.

It's Thursday and I came in to look for $1 tags. There were a few of them. It's like they kept them and will bring them out the next day. This store is small and so is the parking as well. At least it is organized now.

Goodwills are no longer thrift stores. In the last year or so corporate HQ has ordered all prices raised to retail or more. Employees have told me this at multiple stores. It's now a grift store looking to fund very high executive salaries. It's not a charity at all.
