I went in for a Traeger BBQ. Of all the five associates that I came in contact with, all were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. A pleasant and simple execution from beginning to end.

This has to be the most lazy and worst home depot I've ever been to..
Online shows many items in stock only to get there and have none in stock.
Everything is locked up and no one is around to help. Waited for 15 minutes to have a tool cage unlocked.
Tried to call to speak to a manager about the piss poor service and never could get through and was hung up on ...
I'll never come here again.

Excellent service, the shopping experience in this store is spectacular. I always go there. With extremely professional staff. I want to recognize Jayda. She is always ready to support you in your purchases. He is very friendly and professional and helpful, always complementing your shopping experience.

07/30/24 - updated from 1 to 5 star for the Home Depot management response to my earlier 1 star review. I appreciate they took notice of the issue, contacted me and refunded the charges. Hopefully they also ensure future customers do not have to undergo such hassles.
The branch manager was directly in touch with me to issue the refund!

The rug doctor carpet cleaner does not work. It’s leaking. I guess nobody inspects the equipments. And it’s upto customer to invest the time effort and money to do the job for Home Depot.
Do not rent this serial number.

Just ask for somebody else for help if you feel uncomfortable with the sales person or the customer care, some are rude or don't want to help you

The location is not the closest Home Depot in my area but has the most helpful and friendly Staff.
Highly recommend ? this location if you need knowledgeable staff and friendly service.
It's well worth the additional 20 min drive. ?

Only self check out. I don't like doing job I'm not getting paid to do. It's really scummy not to hire enough employees to keep the registers open. Greedy owner.
