Needed to replace a toilet and I found a one piece toilet I liked. It happened to be on sale and so I got it shipped to this location. I tried to get it price matched at Ace Hardware because it was closer but they won't match anything on sale so off to Home Depot I go. I decided to do curb side pick up. It was a breeze. Told the rep to take it out of the packaging to fit in my car. They were really nice and helpful. Someone also offered to install it for me while I was getting ready to leave. Their price was really cheap and tempting but I had already scheduled an installation appointment so I had to pass. Overall a great shopping experience. Curbside pick up is the way to go.

They did have a umbrella just under ten dollars during the rain but I wasn't going to trust it.

AVOID. This Home Depot is a scam and will do anything to take unearned money from you.I've ordered 3 items for in-store and curbside pickup on separate occasions. In all instances, the items turned out to be defective and/or had heavy wear-and-tear. Clearly, they are re-boxing previously returned items that are in poor condition, and hoping that the next customer won't put in the effort to return it. Well here am I to say... Please put in the effort to return it!Also - Their "specialist" for home projects is a LIAR, rude, and will make your project way more complicated than it needs to be.Vanessa Luna, the "specialist" we worked with, marked up a quote and didn't mention it to us on the call. When we caught it and called her back, she blamed another imaginary person for the "typo" and didn't apologize. Rather, she said we could "take it or leave it". She was so focused on how much we would pay versus helping us understand the scope and timeline of the project.Would recommend to avoid this shady Home Depot at all costs.

Staff are unprofessional and seems to be not trained for customer service. November 25, 2023 placed special order took over an hour to accomplish. Never got notification, call back, or email. Got an email December 4, 2023 order cancelled. Called and said 1 of items never arrived and is no longer available. Had to reorder with Bryan for the available item to be picked up by our contractor. When picking up order, customer rep Leticia very RUDE tone of voice not very helpful was looking at the cancelled order instead of the looking for the most recent order. Told her Bryan made a note for pick up. Good thing Bryan was there and was able to assist. TERRIBLE customer service skills since day 1!!!

Every time I come in to this store, is the same I spend 30 mn in the store and walk out with empty hands and frustrated. I guess they don't want my money. The inventory in the store is amazing. This is the place where you can find almost anything. The problem is when you need help it's almost like if you were begging for help yet no one wants to help you. The staff here just send you to other people, They're sitting dawn playing with their phones and they don't even have the courtesy to take to the right person they just say things like: fallow that guy, Go to the front, go to this aisle, they're on break, I'm not sure, I don't know. I don't know if I should laugh or cry when I hear in the store: "ask an associate for help" I'm surprised they're still on business with this costumer service. DIY, is way smaller but there amazing in they're costumer service. That's the only reason i come here if I can't find what I am looking for at other stores. If costumer service was better. I would come here all the time! I hope a manager reads this and can implement some good customer service to the employees here.

Omar, the supervisor, was accommodating with the transaction. There were price discrepancies from one Home Depot to another, but he was able to help adjust the price.

Worst service! Waited 15min and still got no help so found the store manager. His excuse for everything was that he just got there. He didn't know where his customer service staff is and said his inventory is not up to date. What's the use of the app if it doesn't have the correct inventory? What's the role of a store manager if he doesn't know about his staff or inventory. Definitely not the Home Depot to go to if you need help.

As a regular customer of Home Depot, my recent visit to the Roscoe Boulevard branch left me disheartened and deeply dissatisfied. Upon entering the store to purchase a multimeter, I encountered significant hurdles in finding the right product. An employee named Moe, who shadowed me persistently and provided misinformation, hindered my shopping experience. His misleading guidance and interference not only prolonged my search but also created unnecessary frustration. Furthermore, when seeking assistance with a Milwaukee battery charger, the lack of support from staff, except for one individual, compounded my disappointment. The encounter at the checkout with cashier Brian escalated the dismay, as his disrespectful manner towards my wife's concerns regarding a partially open package was unprofessional and dismissive. This, along with Mo's continued intrusive behavior, exemplified a concerning lack of professionalism and respect for customers. To ensure my feedback is heard and to prompt improvements in customer service, I intend to share my experience across various review platforms, including Yelp, Google Reviews, and other relevant sites. Furthermore, I will compile an email detailing these incidents and provide links to each review posted, which I'll send to the district manager and/or corporate office. It's my hope that this concerted effort will encourage Home Depot to address these systemic issues for the benefit of future customers

I purchased my windows through Home Depot, and had a good experience thus far. They’re not installed yet. I also needed new kitchen cabinets and floors throughout the house. The customer service at Home Depot was poor. I made an appointment with the cabinet rep, who spent maybe 20 min with me, wrote some information and a quote down on a piece of paper and sent me on my way. I then went to Lowe’s and had a completely different experience. I ended up purchasing my kitchen at Lowe’s. I contacted Home Depot‘s management to make them aware that they lost a sale and a customer because of poor customer service. The manager, Patricia, told me that she would make it worth my while if I came back as a customer. I told her I needed new floors, could she give me a discount on the floors. She said yes. after some hours of meeting with the flooring person, who was great by the way, having my house measured, so forth, and so on, I was ready to sign the agreement to purchase new floors for my home. I just needed to know what discount I was getting. The discount that was supposed to bring me back as a Home Depot customer was 2%. I ended up purchasing my floors at Lowe’s. I didn’t feel that Home Depot was serious about working with me. And I felt they wasted my time. I won’t be shopping at Canoga Park Home Depot again.
