straight up best hot topic crew ever. always super nice and helpful when I come to shop and recently the app glitched and never told me my online pickup order shipped and was ready to be picked up so the order expired! If it were up to the company it would have just been sent back to the warehouse snd I would be refunded without being notified but these absolute angels did me a solid by extending my pickup deadline by a few days and they even gave me a call to let me know. I was able to get my order which the app is STILL showing as not shipped yet lol. Oh well. These people rule! Shoutout to Mason and Amanda for looking out for their regulars and taking care of us. give them all a raise :)

I stopped by this Hot Topic location while waiting for the John Wick movie to start. I came to this store to look if they have any Hey Arnold shirts since my wife loves that TV show. When I walked in, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I just told him that I was browsing and burning time before the movie. This store has a lot of t shirts but no Hey Arnold shirts. They have decent amount of merchandise so if you're a fan of Hot Topic, you should visit this store.
