Jorge made the entire tax-filing process a breeze. His professionalism and deep knowledge of tax law immediately put me at ease. No matter how complex my questions were, Jorge answered them patiently and thoroughly, ensuring I fully understood everything. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Jorge kept me updated on the progress of my return and was always readily available to address any concerns I had.

I came expecting to get back a decent amount, so I was pretty disappointed to hear that I owed money at the end. I was pretty frustrated so I ended up leaving and figured out how to do taxes on my own at home.Admittedly, I was completely wrong about what I was originally expecting. I mistakenly thought I should of gotten the same amount that I did in 2022 but I only worked half a year in 2022. However, I do think there was some miscommunication along the way because I ended up not owing anything after doing the taxes on my own. I think the staff member might have accidentally used my 1095-B form to fill in the 1095-A section, or only showed me the federal tax return.That being said the staff was really friendly and helpful and I regret acting unprofessional at the end.

JORGE, GEORGE & ANN are aweful. Wish they could have helped just simply tell me my tax status after providing them my ss number, waiting for a call back, and waiting on hold. Unfortunately they said they don’t have a phone close to any computers or a paper to write things down on let alone proper communication so I don’t recommend trusting these people to file your taxes. After providing all my info, waiting for the call back, and then following up myself they said it was harassment, while laughing and calling me sweety. No, it’s unprofessional and laziness on their end. Filed a complaint. I’ve done my taxes with this company for 10 years and never ever had such incompetent people as here.

Ana was great, knowledgeable and helpful, it was my second time doing taxes with her. She was very patient with me as I did my first 1099 tax form. Also thank you Jorge. My family and I have been coming to this place for years. Highly recommend their customer service!!

Best H&R block I've ever been to, centered upon the excellent customer service but more importantly, the quality of service as many facilities vary in that regard. Brian, the young accountant is one of the best and most knowledgeable you will ever find. He is only available by appointment but well worth it for all the value he offers with his expertise, guidance and overall kind and sunny disposition. Wouldn't go to anyone else. Highly recommend and I am not easily pleased.
