Our HOA tried to work with J&N, but ultimately had to let them go. We had a couple different managers. Alex was mostly MIA and Jasmine would write insulting emails taking shots at individual board members. Not the level of professionalism you’d expect from a bartender let alone some in charge of your property values.

J & N realty property Management is the worst property management company.
They never answered the phone calls, or emails. They don't do anything for our property we're trying to change them.

This management company does virtually nothing to communicate issues, resolve violation matters, and respond to emails. They have no phone number that is active and when I send questions, I have to get angry in order to get a decent response. Do not use this company for your HOA.
