She was friendly, funny, and clearly understands the need for good customer service. It was wonderful to speak with her. “I don't understand why everyone keeps going to this location if they hate it. Go to a different one then. Yes, it's a long time to wait in the drive-through to get to the window. Yes this location appears to be understaffed. Yes, I don't always get my medication on the day that it's supposed to be filled, but that's life. I was able to speak to somebody on my last refill, and I was told my medication will be ready later that day, and it was. No problem we live in LA everything is crowded. Sometimes attitude makes all the difference.”
