Been going to this bank for over 40 years. If you are just doing day-to-day banking, and have nothing difficult to do at this bank branch, then this is the place for you. The tellers are wonderful!Unfortunately if you want to make an appointment to do something more difficult than making a deposit, then please use another bank branch. We are in the process of creating a trust and need to change the bank accounts to the trust. So far we have been rescheduled three times. The first time we were told that they were overbooked. She put us on the books and said there was no one scheduled yet. They canceled again. I am disappointed by this type of behavior. There is no satisfactory way for them to explain. I can only assume that they do not have enough people at this bank. No one is available, and now today they called to say that the person that would help us is getting over being sick. How many times can one cry Wolf ! So it's hard to believe anything. Needless to say, we are going to have to go to another Bank Of America branch and hope that they are a little more efficient.

Extremely slow and bad customer service I would give them-0I had to wait 45 minutes and there was only 3 people ahead of me.

Although everyone at this bank is very nice, the wait in line is unsafe and unacceptable. If anyone ever wanted to rob a bunch of people in line it would be here. It's someone aggravating to have to stand in line when there are copious amounts of employees wandering around the bank and only 2 tellers. Is it a workforce issue? A payroll issue? Long gone are the days of merchant tellers. Tragic.

Two tellers working on Saturday morning, line was out the door, waiting one hour to do some banking.Spoke with someone about why only two tellers, and she was nice but no real answer was given, She only said, we are working as fast as possible.My point was maybe hire more help? Always busy no tellers and customer services is not a priority. Why does this establishment close early on regular days and then only has specific locations open. Need to change banks

Management / manager does a very poor job providing needs to the customers. I got there at 12:30 for a business deposit of cash and checks. There were the whole time I was there at least 12 people in line to see the ONE TELLER working there today. My store was suppose to open at 1pm but I did not leave the branch until 1:15pm. Should it take 45 minutes to see a teller??? The teller working (Gladys) was doing a good job but leave only one teller is unfair to her and completely unprofessional for all on there lunch hours.There should always be two tellers at any given lunch hour. I heard one teller left just prior to me getting there for lunch. Why can't tellers be schedule before or after lunch hour of 12-1pm. There were two clerks trying to assist people in line for simple deposits but most people had more than they could do. One lady after spending a half hour not getting much done in the line finally got behind the counter and became the second Teller at 1:05pm. She should have went right to Teller position after 5 minute with the line of 12 people.Need to do a better job scheduling your Tellers. It's not fair to your customers and your one teller today, Gladys.

Flat Out NO!Take your business to a different branch.Buddy of mine sold some stuff, wanted me to be there in case of any shenanigans, and he decided to obtain a cashier's check from the buyer.The buyer assured my buddy that the money was in his account, that it had been transferred on Saturday. Verified this by phone, and also by computer that the funds would be available today, which was Monday.Walked into this branch, and immediately got the manager all up in our business... to use the B word is an understatement.The manager said that the funds were not available, that we have to wait another day, blah blah blah. We mentioned to her over and over, and over and over, and over again that the buyer verified more than 4 times that the money should be available to issue a cashier's check TODAY.We all asked for the manager, and of course she said that she was the manager. Rolling my eyes, you can guess what Her attitude was.She wasn't having it, she was also high on her horse, she was also on a power trip, and she wouldn't give us an inch to even try to explain the verification process that the money was in the account.Literally drove about a mile away to a different bank of america, the teller at that one said the money was available, issued the cashier's check with no hassle, no argument, or whatever you want to call it.Actually the people that were at the Bank of America a mile away were much more friendly, and did everything with the smile.Problem solved! Thank God I don't bank at Bank of america. I told my buddy to never go to the branch on Sherman Way and Topanga ever again! And especially to never talk to that manager there that was on duty today at 12:30 p.m.

If you are thinking of coming here and keeping your sanity you are beyond mistaken. Their "business line" is a JOKE!! They stay understaffed so that means a regular line will take you 45 min to get through to the front. Waste of your day and life. And some of the staff are great but I don't know who manages this location but you can tell the problem starts at the top.

Am uncertain why anyone in their right minds would bank here. Just waited in an hour line, because they have one teller. They charge $8 to cash a check if you don't have an account or credit card with them. Manager wasn't there so I wasn't able to sign over my check. Terrible customer service, and a just bad business in general.

Pros and cons, but a majority will have to be the cons. Consistently short staffed which results in huge lines leading to the entrance. Customer service is good but due to the lack of staffing it's quite a headache to deal with.

I used to come to this location before. It is in a location that is convenient for me. It was near my place and on my way to work. I was in the area and I needed some cash. This is the nearest location that I searched. It was a fast transaction as there is no one using the ATM. They do have a parking lot.
