Just spoke to a rep there about an issue I had with the injectors. They will send me a replacement after telling them my problem. There customer service is top notch no hassle. There prices may be higher than Amazon or eBay but you get what you pay for and there injectors are worth it.

Excellent service. Dropped off my injectors at 1130 on Weds had them back at 230 on Thursday. Amazing work, they looked brand new and at a very affordable price. Thank you!

I went cheap and tried the ebay stuff which cost me in the long run. I decided to try these injectors and MotorWest knew that the Aisin injectors are prone to issues and now they use Denso. They were put in and solved the misfire and rough idle issues I had. This place is legit!

These folks are awesome. I was neck deep in an injector rebuild on a 99 4Runner with a 5vz-fe, and the pintle caps that came with the kit I ordered from Amazon were garbage and didn’t fit right. I called MotorWest to ask about fitment and what to expect, and they answered all of my questions without hesitation. Then they offered to send out a rebuild kit (not an official product on their site) for the same price as what I paid on Amazon. I should have gone to them first… and in the future, I will. BEST SERVICE EVER.

I had a cylinder 4 misfire on my 99 4runner and suspected it was the cylinder 4 injector that was faulty. Pulled them all out and sent them to Motorwest. They cleaned and tested them and sent me back 6 working injectors which I installed and now my truck runs great.When I called in to ask them what they found,The woman on the phone told me that I was right and not only was the 4th injector bad but also the 2nd injector was acting up.She was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to send me a PDF flow chart of the injector spray performance and specs. The price was fair and service and turn around times were astounding! Excellent company,and I will use them again if I have future Injector problems.Keep up the good work,I really appreciate it!

I was hesitant at first, but after reaching out to the customer service team all my uncertainties were vanquished and I felt comfortable making the purchase of the injectors. Post purchase install, so far I am issue free with my fourwheeler and grateful.

Was recommended to them not only because of their excellent product, but also the level of customer service! Got the denso fuel injectors for my 99 Toyota 4Runner and had them overnight ship them. They came right on time and the package was packed nicely with everything it said it would come with. Best of all, it fixed the misfire I was having! Definitely would recommend and do business with them again.

I previously installed aftermarket fuel injectors that were far less expensive. I ended up regretting it and had to redo the job. Motor West provided the proper fuel injectors at a very reasonable price and it eliminated my problem I was so relieved to find someone that knew what they were doing in this field!! Customer service was fantastic delivery was very quick and I got my truck back on the road in time for a road trip with no issues.

03’ Tacoma 4D 4WDI’ve seen an MPG increase to 21 highway with the air conditioning on high running 75 mph through mountainous terrain. The Denso’s truly are plug and play replacement’s for the factory Aisin injectors. Great product, great packaging and quick shipping. Highly recommend. ✌️

Bought my injectors back in May of 2022 for my 2000 Toyota 4Runner 2.7L3RZ. The injectors were inside the box for months at my house and finally had the time to replace them 2 weeks ago. Well, the job was a lot easier than I thought, so I put everything back together and then boom. There's a code P0172 but no check engine light (yes, the light works) I rechecked everything, making sure that there was no leaks and still nothing. So, I gave these guys a call, and explained the situation and asked, if I could have them check to see if there was something wrong with the injectors, since P0172 it's related to faulty injectors. The young lady on the phone put me on hold and then told me not to worry about it. They're sending me a label so I can send the injectors back to them and have them inspected.About 20 minutes later, she called me back and told me that her manager will do an exchange instead, just incase the injectors were bad andI don't have to wait for much longer time. Just few days later, I got new injectors. Now my 3rd Gen 4Runner it's back on the road with no codes at all! Thanks Motor West Performance Without hesitation, I would buy again from these guys!

One month in and my 99 Taco is running better than it ever has! All gaskets and the “crush” washers fit perfectly. Running like a sewing machine now at 227,000 miles.
