Oct 2023The guy who runs the place inside the store is really friendly and helpful. He's an honest guy, making an honest living.You will find that the quality here far exceeds any of the stuff you'll find at a Home Depot is for instance, and in some cases even Lowe's.They deal mostly in ceramic, and clay pottery.I was trying to find some plastic or resin pieces that were durable, and the owner had suggested to try a few other places. He didn't have the inventory, but he was still very friendly in suggesting some other spots to try.I do wish they would carry some thick, resin or plastic pots that are 1/8 to 1/4 in thickness. I'm sure this would be my go-to spot if that were the case. For now, I'm stuck with the big corporate places.In general though, if you're looking for a piece that's going to stand out in your garden, something as a focal point, or conversational piece, I think you'll find that this place might have what you're looking for.

Looking for a couple of pots for ferns on either side of my front door. Went to a couple of other places and found the inventory limited or wasn't impressed with the pricing. Pottery, etc. had large inventory and competitive pricing. Found my two pots and then noticed a fountain that I'd been hoping to find. Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Delivery of the fountain was excellent!

The staff here is helpful and knowledgeable. Jose was very helpful and made sure we got exactly what we needed and when we needed it! Great selection!

All I can say is FABULOUS! From Jose helping us pick the fountain and ordering, to communicating when the fountain arrived we were very pleased. Next came the deliverly. My contractor had not completely set up for the fountain to be delivered but (a special shout out to) Edwardo, Miguel and Roberto delivered and help set up the fountain to make sure it works well. They were unbelievabally patient and excellent!!! We so appreciate you all! Thank you!! So happy with the fountain and POTTERY ETC!!!

Came here today at 2:45. I was looking to have a fountain in my backyard. They have a lot of beautiful pieces, however everything this is overpriced. Even that being said, my boyfriend and I walked around and again the pieces are beautiful. But after walking around for 10-15 minutes, no one was around, and no one approached us. We finally heard some talking in the back, and there were 4 men watching something on tv at what looked like a bar around. Even when we went back there and said hello, no one said hello back, or how can we help, nothing. Needless to say we didn't purchase a thing, even if it was overpriced, customer service is 90% of what wins me over. This was a fail overall

This used to be my go to place for cheap pots. But today when I went the pots are twice, if not thrice the price of what these pots should cost. Sorry, not going back there again.
