“Great mall, however the parking is really bad and expensive. It seems there is plenty of parking in their lots, however there is like only one exit, so it literally took me an hour to get out of their parking lot. Also the validation is only for two hours and anytime after that is moot, thus validation does nothing. Not to mention, depending on where you park, it may take 15 minutes just to reach the shops. All that negative been said, it is a nice mall with good shops. Just keep what I said in mind.”
“I like Barnes & Noble and Ralphs here. There's also a Starbucks (pay attention to hours). The parking lot can get full especially on the Barnes/Noble side. But when that happens I park on the other side and just walk. This area seems to have nicer more patient people than Woodland Hills and around. I've read reviews that talk about how snotty the people are here, but haven't run into it. A lot of families, especially on the weekends.”
“Expansive shopping center with Venture Boulevard separating the two sides. Several large stores, restaurants and movie theaters on the multi story South side and restaurants, bakery and service stores on the single story North side. Everything is wheelchair accessable with an elevator on the South side and wheelchair accessiblity from the rear of North side. Lots of parking on both sides.”
“Great plaza with different food and drinks places to visit. There a lot of parking spots here and lighting at night time. My favorite in this plaza is Corner Bakery, Western Bagel and Starbucks. There also a grocery store here as well.”
“Sprouts, ice cream counter in the drug store next to Sprouts post office on the other side of the village, Starbucks on the corner and FedEx as well as Pieology. All in one Village what more could you ask for? Get everything done at once!”
“A lot of mom and pop shops in this area. If you are a window shopper or shopping for things Encino is a great place to look. The banks & Grocery stores located here too are very convenient. It's fun to take something home to eat after doing errands in the area.”
“Living life like the "Brady Bunch" lol I just realized that the Squirrels in California are much larger than Texas Squirrels. They definitely are NOT scared of humans. They don't have these Texas boys putting them on BBQ pits.lol What it do,Squirrely Poo?️?”
“I rarely go to Del Taco anymore. Right next to it is denny's which I have been frequently Visiting. But for whatever reason it doesn't acknowledge that I go to denny's.”
“Opened for over half a century, the huge, 135,000 square foot, Tuscan-style shopping plaza contains many popular chain restaurants and stores. In 2017 she got a major refresh.
EL CAMINO SHOPPING CENTER is spotlessly maintained with lots of free parking. Entering and exiting the massive parking lot is easy, thanks to traffic lights. Park as close as possible to the eatery or store you're visiting, as this lot is over two blocks long.
Many of the shops and eateries have ADA compatible restrooms.
Everything, including parking is ADA compatible.”
“Went to the store to shoot a commercial for Snapchat.Very cool store. The area was nice and quiet, clean.I don't know about the prices.Because I wasn't shopping overall was a great experience”

“It is THE place to go for all your camping, hiking, travel and outdoor needs. Membership is required, but it is a one-time lifetime $20.00 fee. They have great selection of outdoor clothing and footwear.”
“They have a Tuesday discount day here now. It seemed like priced went up the previous time I was seeing movies here. So glad to see a discount day offered. You might have to pay more for IMAX or new re-release so check seat prices. Unfortunately, they rarely have a ticket sale booth open so arrive early because the people selling the tickets are also selling food simultaneously, making the line extremely long and time consuming. You could miss your movie start time if you arrive late because of this.”
“Our favorite place to take the kiddos on the weekends. Plenty of shops and restaurants out in the open with a small play group for the kids. I would definitely recommend visiting the village.”
“Everything in store are fresh, organic and quality products with reasonable prices, services are wonderful! If you needs anything they'll help you to find it. Love this store!”
“Lovely ambience and is spread out place with a food court pleasant canopies with fire pit and a fountain pond next to the cafe and ice cream shops plenty of interesting little pop-up shops and some kids entertainment as well but not too crowded nor noisy. I took a picture of a QR if you want to get a better idea of the directory and shops around the village”
“So happy to find an office that hadboth orthodontic and regular dental care through my insurance so I was very happy to find Dr. Simonian's office in West Hills. Besides finding a good dentist, I was looking to fix my top front teeth that had moved after having metal braces 10 yrs ago and fixing my bite (my top and bottom teeth didn't touch and it was hard to bite/rip food like a normal person lol). I had gone to so many other dentists/orthodontists that told me only metal braces could fix it or that I needed surgery and headgear to fix my bite and straighten my teeth. So I was understandably skeptical when Dr. Simonian said I was a good contender for Invisalign but after talking it through with her and getting the facts straight I decided to give it shot. It took some serious work on being strict about wearing my trays for 6 months and taking a toothbrush and toothpaste with me everywhere I went but it was SO worth it!!! My teeth are not only straight but my bite was also fixed and I can finally take a bite of food liked a normal person.”

“This place is somewhat like Ross, we found the luggage were looking for. The price was lower from the internet. The quality and brand name merchandise are fairly advertised.”
“You can have breakfast at Dunkin Donuts , get money from either Chase or Bank of America , do shopping at Target , Ulta , Ross , vitamin shop, have lunch, choose from Hawaiian Chicken, Star Bucks Coffee in Target with seating. We have Ups , Kaiser optometry, team mobile shop, dentist. Just look it up and make a day of it. Enjoy”
“Lots of food choices in this newish mini strip mall. They even have some restaurants on the second floor. Parking is a mess and not enough to support the crowd but at least there is parking near the adjacent seats.”
“Is a decent mall , located on the ground floor along Ventura Blvd where everybody can buy food, drinks, ice cream to chill in summer etc and other stuff, however I can't tell the name of the places because I not sure how this works and I don't want any issues , but whenever anyone drives in, you will find out, that's all I can say, plus it was my 1st time coming to this location, and I wish I could have found it earlier but I don't live nearby, however when I'm around I'll definitely have to come again.”
“I find myself coming here often as there are plenty of popular shops and restaurants. Plenty to do like shopping, grabbing food at the food court or sit-down restaurants, going to see a movie or playing games at Dave and Buster's. There also a gym here.
Has plenty of parking which is accessible from any of the four streets that surround it. Even with so much parking it will get packed during the holidays but not so bad the rest of the year.”
“Big and nicely styled. Plenty of free parking. Everything is ADA compatible. Easy entrance and exit with traffic lights. Covered walkways. A mix of specialty shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and chain stores.”
“As with many shopping plazas, El Paseo Simi took a hit in occupancy during/after the COVID-19 pandemic. Thankfully, the property is still being maintained, and a number of businesses remain.Largest anchors are Kohl's and Von's, with restaurants like The Habit Burger, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Jersey Mike's, Coldstone Creamery, and others still there for shoppers / diners. We recently stopped in for burgers at The Habit and sat outside in the courtyard adjacent. The large water feature / fireplace sets a substantial visual tone. Though it was a little breezy that day, once it warms up a bit, it is a great spot to relax and enjoy your food.It would be great to see something go in where World Market used to be. I'm sure the shopping center managers wish the same! It's definitely true that commercial retail spaces are undergoing an evolution. Not everything can (or should) come from online shopping. It's good to go out and be able to see / touch items that you're considering buying. This large center with lots of parking, very nice landscaping, and planned outdoor spaces would be a good place to settle for certain kinds of businesses. Hope to see more the next time we're here.”
“I had the pleasure of doing my income tax return with Faina Zeltser. She is very thorough with her job function. I enjoyed doing my BUSINESS with her. Hope to see her again next year.”
“This place is always busy. Hard to find parking but they have everything. Starbucks is busy, but usually pretty quick. Drug store, candy, juice shop, Amazon. Lots of stuff.”
“cute outdoor mall, mostly restaurants, not many stores. i like the water fall sections. only store i went to was the gelato place which was pretty good. there’s also a small playground for kids which is cute.”
“Half of the business buildings are vacant. Only real busy sections are where the 98, Joan's and neighborhood market (Walmart) are located. Careful entering through the corner where Taco Bell is, lots of traffic there. Other than that very pleasant experience with my shopping.”
“Came here in need to have my chain fixed/shortened. Raul was the one who assisted with the information & did the chain fixing. He was very polite, professional, & helpful. It took a total of 4 minutes for him to fix the chain link & had us on our way. I recommend this place as it's friendly, fast, & informative with the questions one might have regarding the business they do.”
