Genuinely the worst gas station I've ever seen. I've waited at least two months to leave a review to see if they would fix literally anything. Most of the pumps are broken (have to pay inside/ won't lock in place). It's a disgrace and this company should be ashamed. (I use a business card to fill box trucks up so you will be losing thousands of dollars in revenue from me alone if this isn't fixed.)

Terrible gas station. Pumps are all broken. Pretty sure my credit card got skimmed. Receipt printer doesn't work. Not a nice place.

This worker they got on the maps gas station shows that's open 24 hours and I was running empty and this guy said it's closed because he's on his phone watching videos and he don't want to do his job

Extremely rude , unprofessional, vulgar personal!
Dryer in the drive through car wash does not work & leaves the car completely wet .
The vacuum cleaners have no suction
Time for new management & professionally trained personnel instead of the currently existing zoo!!!!!!

I never had this kind of customer service before,
I was there couple of times before but I felt good every time.
Unfortunately today I went to the car wash ,there was a gentleman with sunglasses and hat since it's a hot summer to help people I paid infront of him and he saw & know that the receipt not coming out and then he guided me to the car wash as it is then I was waiting for my turn since another car ahead washing but after couple of seconds just red light was on top and the soap was just dispensed right before my car and the car was not pulled on its own ,I looked for help( him) and he was not there once he came n noticed and asked and I explained and I thought its a problem with some thing but its my fault and there was an another car behind me and she paid middle level and I paid low level once .he said its her turn since your turn is over even your did not get washed out,i asked what to do ,he said I will help you after her and then I have to wait for long time again so I requested for vacuum .he said yes to that and returned to him and said my baby was hungry and I don't have much time, when I get my car there were couple of cars in front of me .
When it comes to my turn he asked me to roll down the windows and asked for payment again even I did not get washed.i paid for the second and got car washed this time he was there and he guided for sure.
I told him ,I will report and then I went inside the store and asked for manager.the kind cashier said manager is on vacation and he will come after the week so explained him and he said to wait me again and he called him in different language and again same arguments and no use .
I really don't like to give negative feedback but for the first time I'm .
When there is no priority for the first paid customers and there is no value the money you paid and did not get the service (car wash)it does matter with low amount or higher amount wash and money .
NOT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE n JUSTICE FOR CUSTOMER
Please teach some politeness first when they speak to the customer.

The gas is not expensive, there is car wash on spot and ATM is inside available too.

This gas station has multiple people that will harass & distract cash paying customers to the point they leave without noticing that click heard, was actually them hitting it to make you think it’s done. They continue to ask and harass for anything. This is a new scam I’ve never seen. I dont know who’s going to read a review for a gas station in the middle of the valley, But I hope this can help someone.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Huge scam! I used to go here a lot, the pumps are always broken and it’s always dirty. Today I went there to fill up my car (as one does) and the gas just wasn’t going in my car. Now at first I thought I was just dumb you know so I asked if the pump was broken or if it just didn’t fit in my car right and the same thing happened when I asked for help. I had given the cashier $100 for gas. Now since the pump was broken I asked if I could move to a different pump. He told me no. So then I asked for my change. He said no. He kept all $100 of mine! I am now out $100 as a broke college student. He also refused to give me a corporate number so here’s a review.Below is a photo of the cashier who “helped” me. I hope something will be done about this because this is absolutely unacceptable.

I wish I would have d read these reviews . I'm now checking my debit card transactions because i think they scammed me . Do not get the car wash heck don't get gas here go across the street !

Sinclair Oil Car Wash broke my Driver side mirror and cover and I was inform that Sinclair Oil will not be held responsible to any damages, File a complaint with Department of Consumer Affairs to resolve the issue

This gas station has a carwash. Horrible carwash and Horrible customer service. My car came out completely wet and the sides were more dirty than when I took it in. I asked why my car wasn't dried. The Indian guy who was working there told me because I paid for the $7 wash instead of the $11 wash. NEVER did he mention a $7 wash did not include the air blow drying. I'm not even talking about hand towel drying. I'm talking about the regular drying once your car is put through the system it usually dries your car at the end with blown air and those big cloth machines that run on the sides of your car. So maybe their car wash system was broken and they still want to charge customers to make money. NEVER did he once tell me the $7 option does not include a basic dry that comes with all other washes of this kind. Also the board/posting that shows what's included with each price doesn't say ANYWHERE that they won't dry your car if you don't pay $11. The Indian attendee at the car wash was so rude and yelled at me. Wouldn't give me a refund or allow me to pay him $4 more (difference between $11 and $7) so I can at least have the machine dry my car. As a courtesy he didn't even get a cloth to wipe my car himself seeing that it was completely wet and more dirty on the sides. The top of the car wasn't clean either and had dirt on it. He told me to go inside to talk to the manager at the register (another Indian guy). The "manager" told me there was nothing he could do and I needed to talk to the same car wash attendee who yelled at me. I went back out and told him the manager referred me back to him, but he yelled at me and told me to go back to the manager at the cash register inside the gas station . Like a ping pong they were sending me back and forth between each other. Finally I asked for paper towels and wiped the car down myself. So it still has water spots and is dirty on the roof and side doors. The two men were very rude, had no customer service, yelled at me, and tricked me to pay knowing their machine/system wasn't working and then blamed me saying if I paid $11 the system would have dried my car. NOWHERE on the board they showed me did it say the $11 option came with drying and the $7 option did not. Again I'm not talking about hand drying as it's not a hand wash. I'm talking about the machine/system itself needs to dry the car with blowing air and those big cloth wipers that dry it at the end which this one didn't because it wasn't working. They blamed the customer, accused me of choosing the wrong price, and didn't refund me. Only insulted me and wasted my money and made my car wet and more dirty all over. Avoid going here at all costs.
