Very unprofessional. Joel doesn’t return my calls. Everytime I go in person he’s always out of the country. It’s unacceptable to treat paying clients like this. I wasn’t given any updates about my account so now I’m out $500. Also it’s been a year since I went in and paid him to help me with my IRS papers. Seems like he’s scamming people.
