My application was declined as of 9-14. On 9-16 money was withdrawn from my bank. I was informed by Amy that as soon as money was posted, I would get my holding deposit back. Today 9-25 I still have not received my deposit back, and I’m getting sad stories when I call, now the office is not answering my calls and I need help to get my deposit back. Should I report to better business bureau. I just need my money

The staff here at Plaza at Canoga Park is wonderful. They are always available and willing to help. They have gone above and beyond their required duties to take care of us tenants here. Any maintenance requests have been handled quickly and accurately by Estevan. The apartment is kept clean and is a quiet peaceful atmosphere. Becky makes sure we are heard and responds quickly to any needs or requests. I am very grateful for the great staff here.

This was such a pleasant experience. Coming to see an apartment in this community really made my search a lot easier. The greeting from the moment you walk through the front door into the leasing office is just impecable and doesn't compare to the majority of other locations you'll visit. They allow you to opportunity to submit an application on site if you enjoy you what you see. I sure did, and I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say for this community and the management that maintains it. I hope everything works out because I love what I saw.

I was a tenant at The Plaza (formerly Perigee) and I had nothing but positive and great experience living in this complex. First and foremost, Becky is one of the greatest assets of this apartment complex and hands down, one of the best community managers I have worked with in all the years renting in the Los Angeles area. She is very easy to work with and attentive to all the tenants' needs. Additionally, she always host small events which is great for the community. The team is great as well and they are all very helpful--especially, Estevan. Lastly, I do love how the complex is going through a transformation and they are constantly improving it. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Is a great place to live, is a quiet place , management take care of all the issues, and the community improvements, maintenance staff are very good workers, fix all the things in a good time manner. We hope to live here for a long time.

The Plaza has been our home for almost 8 years and we have enjoyed living here all this time. Becky and the entire Plaza staff have been very helpful and kind whenever we've needed maintenence or any work done in our unit. They are responsive and deal with any inquiries in a timely manner. The Plaza is very peaceful place and tenants here have been very respectful; the vibe is simply amazing. These are some of the reasons as to why we've been here this long and we plan on being here for years to come. The renovations are only making this place much more beautiful and attractive, and we're looking forward to what other wonderful things there are to come for our community in the near future.

I've lived at the Perigee apartments for 7 years.Went through an ownership and management change in the last couple of years.The new and current resident manager Becky Libow and company has handled and expedited the remodel and improvement to the property very professionally keeping everyone well informed.Becky and her team are quick to respond to any concerns and issues that come up in such a large complex.I personally think that it is a much more of a pleasant property to live at now than in the past prior to Becky's management and Team.

The community is quiet and tended to very well. The units themselves are spacious with a good amount of storage and the natural sunlight is amazing!Security was a priority for me and I definitely feel that here! The property management and maintenance are very quick to respond and available for assistance. Its been very refreshing to have such a prompt response to any questions or maintenance needs. They're also very communicative when it comes to any notifying tenants of any work being done on the property.

Been resident here for many years and service to details and response to residents needs is greatly appreciated. Very communicative with all remodeling of whole buildings. And Management is always available for any questions that come up with solutions to your needs and concerns.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. There's a lot of messed up stuff happening, let's just talk about management here. Management loves to monitor their tenants. They will take note of what you keep on your balcony, compose a list, and stick a notice on your door. Does not matter what floor you are on. They will attempt to tell you you can only keep balcony furniture out there. Yeah, good luck storing anything in the 900sq footage they give you. They don't even want you to keep your recycling bins on your balcony. This is just a short, no-so-short life of the issues I have come across. Believe me, there are more. If you want my word of advice, rent at an ACTUAL luxury apartment. A 2 bedroom unit starts at $2,500 at Perigee. They placed a luxury apartment price ticket on Section 8 units. Take your money, and rent at a REAL luxurious place where you do not need to worry about falling elevators, laggy construction, stuck-up & nosy management, and roach infestation. I promise you living in little TJ (aka Park Parthenia Apartments) is better than this "luxurious" junkyard.Good luck friends.

By far the best management company I have experienced. I am currently a resident here going on almost 2 years and have had not one complaint. The units are beautiful, the management team is great and attentive. Becky is one of the managers and she has been the most kind and professional manager I've met. The area is safe for my kids and it's a quiet friendly building. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you Perigee Apartments for being one of the few management companies we can trust and appreciate.
